[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great book!  fast read,  story kept me on the edge of my chair, I couldn't put it down. Just came out as a movie on lifetime 
She is one of my favorite authors, I have enjoyed all her books, now reading the 2nd book of this 3 book series

I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review. If I'm found is book two in the If I Run series by Terri Blackstock. This book was very fast paced and not a dull moment in the writing. This book focuses on the perspective of Dylan and Casey.

In the first book, Dylan had been hired as a PI to catch Casey Cox who has been accused of killing his best friend Brent. By the end of book one, Dylan doubts that Casey did the things that she is being accused of. In this book he continues to build a case on who killed Brent and does so by working with Casey. In the process we get to dig deeper into the possible corruption that has occurred in the police department. 

As Casey travels and works to clear her name under different identities she once again finds a situation she cannot turn away from. A child that is being abused for an exchange for other things and also encounters a man that is possibly suicidal and learns more about him in the process. Not only does she have to continue to hide in this small town but she has to help her friend Cole who gets wrongfully accused of a crime and then gets his children taken away from him and also save a small child from being abused. 

Once again Blackstock is able to leave you dangling at the edge of your seat till the very end as she wraps up the injustices that are occurring. This will leave If I Run series fans begging for book #3.

Couldn't put it down

This is the first book I have read by Terri Blackstock and can honestly say it won't be my last. I love Christain Suspense and Blackstock is good at it. This was also the first book I have read in first person. I enjoyed getting to hear what was going on at that moment and found it an interesting way to read a story. If I Run is the first book in a series that follows Casey Cox as she runs for her life. The crazy thing is, Casey is running from the police. Dylan Roberts just returned from serving his country, and being marked with PTSD has made it hard for him to find work. When he's given the job of bringing Casey home Dylan feels hopeful. Can he bring her back and redeem himself?

Casey knows that the moment the police catch her she is a dead woman. She can't even take a minute to mourn her best friends death, knowing they are coming for her. She is ready to run, but needs help proving the truth. But who can she trust? Not being able to talk to her family is killing her, but it's what she must do to keep everyone safe. Will she have to spend the rest of her life running? Dylan is conducting his own investigation, and can't see what would have caused Casey to snap and kill her best friend. When evidence points one way, does it mean it's the right way? Dylan wants to prove he can do his job, but at what cost?

I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys Suspense. Blackstock kept my interest the entire time, and I couldn't wait to find out what was going to happen next. I can't wait to read the next book in this series to see what Casey does next. I found the characters likeable, and I could relate to a lot of what they were feeling. I received a copy of this book from Zondervan in exchange for my honest opinion. All opinions expressed are my own.
