Its a lot bigger than I thought but works great! It makes so much ice in such a short amount of time. The removable tray allows me to store the leftover ice in the freezer. My only issue was finding counter space but overall great buy for someone who loves to eat ice.

Please read!!! in the instructions it does not tell you to remove tape from inside tray, it's very hard to see. Great for personal use, mini bar, home bar. I had ice starting in a hour after start and a full tray of ice after 4 hours. This is not going to replace your refrigerator ice maker.

Great ice Maker, limited Use

Got this product in Black for my husband's birthday. He loves it! It is a very quiet machine. Makes tons of ice that stay frozen hours on end. Just be mindful that the water drain is underneath so you may want to put it near a sink for easy draining. It does come with a scoop but no scoop holder. My husband stores his scoop in a stainless steel tumbler. I do recommend this product.

Igloo IceMaker

Perfect size ice maker for my kitchen. The previous one I had by igloo was too big and didn't fit right  on my counter.

Love this machine! My husband does lawn care and takes a cooler everyday. The ice maker in our freezer couldn't keep up with the demand. This works perfectly and makes ice so fast!

This product was originally delevered and was found to not function properly.  Upon contacting the seller, the product was replaced without delay.  Great customer service!!

Be sure to get warranty if offered, I bought my ice maker back in July 2020 and this was a great product to have during the summer and now in March of 2021 the igloo ice machine has stopped working with the “ice full” light blinking and not making ice. I YouTubed and googled solutions and came up with no results of my machine kicking back on properly and making ice. So it's great to have but if you are skeptical of it breaking down pay a warranty if offered or register product right away to save yourself another $200

Mine broke

This unit starts making ice very fast but does not keep it frozen while it continues to make more cubes. By the time basket is ready to empty most of the ice is melting and when you put it in the freezer it all sticks together in one big blob. I would not recommend this unit.

Melting ice

I got my ice maker and I was so excited for it then I put water in it just under the max level and I turned it on and it started going then it said add water. And I tried to reset it and everything I tried turning it off nothing worked it still says add water. I dont know how to fix this but I think this is the dumbest ice makers I ha e gotten. I would suggest not getting it cuz its probably not going to work when it arrives.

I ordered Steel color and received RED.  The ice cubes get stuck and do not drop into the basket so ends up melting the ice in basket.  Probably would not buy this brand again.
