This is the best water cooler I have owned. This one is energy efficient and quite compared to the previous unit. Water is ice cold as well and pours very quickly.

Igloo water cooler

After being notified that our city water had failed inspection, I purchased this water cooler so we could have fresh, clean and cold water.  I have had no issues with the cooler.  The hot water feature is great as I love hot tea.  You will not regret purchasing this water cooler.

At first i was disappointed because in the morning after the first night i found a piddle if water all around the dispenser n noticed a leak from the little valve in the back...so i took a pair if pliers and tightened it slightly and kept an eye on it and voila the problem was solved and now have had it for few weeks and love it!!!!

The cooler itself is very nice. The water is cool coming out which is a plus. The hot water is very hot. I gave it 3 stars because the water comes out slow. I didn't realize how slow it was until I saw someone elses, different brand but definitely a better flow than this one.

Flow of water is so slow

Too Short, and hard to fit a water bottle under nozzle.  Also nozzle is not prominent so hard to  find placement of glass.

Satisfactory

It works so far. When setting it up. Put the jug of water on the cooler and water was running out of the bottom. Took jug off and had to open the back to see that the hose that goes from the top from where the jug goes in to the compressor was not attached. I attached it now working.

There is a slow drip from the cold water dispenser which is annoying…

Not great…

We had the Igloo water cooler for 1 day. It leaked overnight and had water all over our new flooring. Not impressed! Returned it back to walmart for a refund.

NOT IMPRESSED

Put a brand new bottle of water at night and water was all gone in the am. Live alone and no water on the floor etc. I think the heater stayed on all night or something. Dangerous. I only had it for 8 months so igloo gave my money back. 
Gave it 1 star because of malfunction but besides that it was working perfectly. :(
