great piece of equipment. both hot and cold have an individual power button. the hot water is extremely hot and was able to cook ramen! the machine is quiet, i barely ever hear it.

I brought 3 other brands and as soon as I put water on it it started leaking too them back.  Order the Igloo and it is working just fine

It was easy to set up and it works well. I tried the cooling but it was quite loud so I turned it off. I don't need the hot element on either. It works well without using them.

It works perfectly and I am very happy they are opening a new HteaO here in town so I can get amazing filtered water.  My only disappointment was that you cannot get room temp water from this. It is either hot or cold, no in between.

The information was conflicting. The title of the item said black and stainless steel, therefore, that's what i thought i was getting. In the full description it said color black bjt i did not see that until after delivery. So, I basically paid 200$ for an item i do not even like, but mine broke and i needed one and returning would have been a hassle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit worked for two days and quit. Well, the cold side quit. The green light doesn't come on as it should and goes off when the temperature is reached. The hot side is working. Cold water is basically at room temp. Yes I made sure the power switch was on and didn't accidentally get turned off. I made sure not to turn on the unit for four hours after setting up. Did everything the manual said. Now have to contact igloo service to see what they want to do. Fix or replace. Shipping was a bit slow but not a big deal. This is replacing a sunbeam which worked right out of the box and lasted around 10 years at least, maybe more. I will update this review if possible when the issue is resolved. This unit is in my Mother-in laws home. I just set it up for her.

This thing is junk and it's leaking water everywhere. You can't even put water in it. Read the reviews on Amazon for the same part number and you will find their all a junk and scam.
