[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the machine. Good value for the price. It makes hot and cold water and has the option of shutting the hot water off completely. This is a bonus as I have a 3 year old.

Good value. Worth the money. No complaints

she like it along with her 2 kids she has there to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm thinking of sending one to a friend who resides out of state.

love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Item arrived in perfect condition and was easy to set up. We chose to use a ZeroWater refillable filtered jug with it by removing the collar and that was easy, too. 💕 LOVE the clean, cold water it produces! Drawbacks: No 'cooking'/room temp water can be dispensed through the 'hot' spigot with the heated side turned off in the back. I had hoped to be able to do this since the cooler is in my kitchen; this unit sits quite low and the shelf under spigots is very narrow making it tedious to fill containers with larger amounts of water like pitchers, coffee pots or pans.

Great Cooler (but not perfect for our needs)

It keeps the water bottles cool and the heat future works fast.

Water cooler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like how small it is. I'm disabled and it's hard to bend up and down for me. So, this unit is not very good for me.

Too small

I followed set up instructions and the minute I plugged it in the back of the unit started smoking and wires were sparking

Buyer Beware

Do not buy this dispenser

No clue how this one is as they sent me the complete wrong one. They sent me the 2 button instead of the 3 like i ordered. Whwn i went to talk to customer service online, he told me to go return it in store, i said to him, i actually just want to switch them, and the guys ended our chat.

The messed up on my order and C.S. sucked

Delivered in an open box and not offered a discount (but paid price of new unit), missing pieces. Terrible customer service. Purchased a new one from another big store.

Not impressed with Walmart.
