[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Item arrived in perfect condition and was easy to set up. We chose to use a ZeroWater refillable filtered jug with it by removing the collar and that was easy, too. 💕 LOVE the clean, cold water it produces! Drawbacks: No 'cooking'/room temp water can be dispensed through the 'hot' spigot with the heated side turned off in the back. I had hoped to be able to do this since the cooler is in my kitchen; this unit sits quite low and the shelf under spigots is very narrow making it tedious to fill containers with larger amounts of water like pitchers, coffee pots or pans.

Buyer Beware

No clue how this one is as they sent me the complete wrong one. They sent me the 2 button instead of the 3 like i ordered. Whwn i went to talk to customer service online, he told me to go return it in store, i said to him, i actually just want to switch them, and the guys ended our chat.

The messed up on my order and C.S. sucked
