I purchased my 7 quart cooler in 1973 when I started driving trucks.  It has seen lots of use and abuse over its life time.  It has always kept things cold no matter the time of year.  During the winter months it keeps my drinks from freezing and in the heat of the summer it keeps things cold.  After all these years it's a little worse for wear, but still does it's job.  My wife tried to get me to replace it several times over the years, but I always went back to my trusted red and white cooler.

Best lunch box ever.

Love this red igloo! Lots of room for snacks and drinks. Fits well in the back of my car. Handle feels sturdy and makes it easy to put it in and take it out my car.  My husband has a matching blue igloo that he takes to work.

I use this for my hubbies lunch pale..and he forgot his at work and going to a new 
job the next week we had to wait to get his cooler back. so I purchased another..he carries ice pack in summer and drinks since there is none on job.  and plenty of food
so if he works over he can have a snack at end of day or share with someone..the coolers have been wonderful to have plenty of room but not to big and locks closed.

Great Deal!!!

My husband works out of town and always carries food with him. This cooler works perfectly. It holds plenty. The push button on top makes it so easy to open when your hands are full. He had one just like this for years and years. Was finally time for a new one.

Best cooler around!

I like the arched - topped coolers rather than the flat lids because you can fit a wee bit more in them. And Igloo has moved the 'lock-button' from the side of the cooler to the top. It's easier to find and open that way. Perfect size for a nice 2-person picnic with ice blocks you still have plenty of room for food and drinks and nothing gets squished.

Great Design - Top Latch

Great price but does not stay as cool as other coolers I have owned in the past, this is due to the fact that the top has no insulation. I do love the one hand open design.

we have only ever had Igloo coolers. We love them. I wanted to get my son one now that he is ranging out on his own. So that he doesn't trash mine. I wondered when I read about the top button for easy one-handed opening. What would that be like? Well let me tell you. it is not easy one-handed opening you push the button nothing happens you have to use both hands to get things to happen anyway. and the button feels super flimsy like it's going to break. I will tell him to treat it gently. or maybe I'll take it and give him the rugged old egg lose from when things were made right. Why change what isn't broken igloo?

I would give zero stars but isn't available lol the quality is not mention on description I wonder why ??? Bc is so thin and is not even made properly like some part forgot to filled the gap on the handle and it was a gift lol it seems it will not last 3 months what a waste of money I paid $24 for it plus taxes $3 plus shipping $6
