One great cooler. I use it daily for work and it can keep everything I need all day. Drinks stay ice cold all day with no issues. The only addition I wish it had was a mesh pocket on the outside. As for the zipper it is stiff, however the included lubricant makes a huge difference, and was much smoother after the application.

I bought this for my Brother-In-Law after he commented that the igloo lunchboxes I purchased for his nieces were a nice size. He works at our business, and occasionally are on the go for lunch time. He is able to fit his breakfast and lunch in this, with room for the Igloo 36 oz Stainless Steel Water Bottle, and an additional drink. The zipper threw us off at first, but it does come with lubricant, and once applied the zipper moved easily.

This thing is awesome!  I used this as a trial purchase to see if Igloo could stand up to its' higher priced competitors.  Not surprised at all they did!  I grew up with the brand.  Now in my mid 30's, I look forward to passing down the brand to my son.  Maybe toss a little of the zipper lube on the bag before shipping next time haha

Great Product!!!!!

The reactor series is the best bang for the buck out there in soft sided coolers. I also have the 24 can capacity backpack style cooler I use for camping. The 18 can cooler is for kayaking trips. Both are super comfortable and easy to carry. They're durable and keep things cold for 48hrs easy.

Great value

Size is perfect. Wanted something comparable to the expensive brands but couldnt find something of similar quality that wasnt tiny or huge. This is just what I was looking for and I am very happy with it. Thank you!

This is exactly what I was looking for!!!

This cooler fits perfectly onto a fishing kayak. We are using a Old Town PDL big water and needed a cooler that would help us trek across the Florida Leys. This igloo does a great job.

Does it fit onto a fishing kayak?

It's a great product compared to other brands that cost 2 times as much or more. I would love to give it 5 stars if it had accessories to go with it like perfect fit ice packs and bottle opener.

Worth the money!

We'll see how well this works, as time rolls on. I'm mainly posting this to give a tip on the macho zipper. I almost didn't buy this thing because of how difficult it was to open. I got it home started messing around with it and thought about the silicone gel provided with the cooler. While that gel is meant for the zipper seat to help it stay in shape, I took sme of the gel, squeezed it on to me finger and applied a small amount to the inside of the zipper, just on the lid. Night and day difference. When new, no one else in my family could open this thing, rending it a decoration at best. Now that I've appliee the silicone, anyone can open it. This should be in the instructions.

It's in the bag

This is a well-made cooler. The deep teal is a very nice color, especially the coral color inside. However, I ended up returning this cooler. The zipper requires some yanking to pry open/close (my cooler did not come with the gel). The 2nd drawback is the insulation foam on the lid is a bit bulky at about 2.5 inch thick vs 1 inch for the rest of the cooler. Finally, the 3rd drawback is this cooler has no exterior pockets or slip picket. This cooler would have been more functional if there was a slip pocket.

The zipper is a bit difficult even with the lube. The look of this is nice though. I really wanted to love this because everything else I have from Igloo has been amazing!

I ordered this in Teal and it's a sharp looking cooler.  Unfortunately, I had to return because I couldn't open it..the zipper is ridicuously difficult.  It was intended as a gift for my husband and I KNOW he he would have broken the zipper, it's THAT difficult.
