Ease Of Installation

Pressure

We previously had an expensive Delta hand held shower unit, and it just didn't hold up.  Everything else in our house is Moen, so it was a "no-brainer" to replace it with a Moen unit.  This is so much nicer.  Moen is the best!

It has 5 settings that are easy to choose from while in your hand! Light weight with an awesome flexible hose! Easy to clean rubber nozzles.
Note: When installing this head, put the rubber washer with the screen in it in the handle, not in the pipe from the wall. It will be much easier to check and clean.
Maybe the engineers at Moen will see this and change the installation directions.

Moen Hand-Held Shower Head

I've purchased two of these showerheads now and I am very happy with them.  They have a good range of settings and supply decent pressure.

Stylish and Functional

Wife wanted a movable shower head so it would be easier to clean the shower, and wash dogs.  I got lucky and found this one on sale.  If it's anything like all my other Moen products it'll last many years.

This product was easy to install and functions well. I'm not a big fan of chrome colored plastic for the connectors, but that keeps the cost down.

One problem...the packaging sucked. I HATE vacuum sealed plastic that needs a chainsaw to cut into it

Good product, easy installation

Excellent hand held shower head. Easy to install and has great water pressure. The reason I only gave 4 out of 5 stars overall rating is because the product is extremely difficult to remove from the packaging it ships in. Plan on needing extra time to remove the product from the shipping container.

Features rated average because there are fancier models available.
Durable; really who knows, was just installed.
Teflon thread tape not recommended, but I had to use to stop leak attaching to brand new shower extension. However since tolerances vary, extension could've been slightly undersized. No tools required which is great.

Works for me

In under 3 years we've had to replace the hose which developed a leak at end cap where attaching to showerhead.

Nice features, bad hose

Very, very cheap. A piece of junk. Plumber could not get it to stop leaking. All plastic. Even tightening by hand the washers folded.
