[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 weeks ago it's been awesome it's easy to transport it's easy to take apart it's easy to assemble then on top of that you can put batteries in the light or you can hook it up to a charging porto a charging port microphone works great! It's lightweight and has everything I need. Which is better then having to buy multiple different items. It's all included!

Great features and easy setup!

My only problem is that they should make multiple cords for the mic just because now almost everyone's phones if it's apple doesnt have a headphone adapter. Other than that i have no complaints.

Loved it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I do like about the vlog kit.

1. Can be placed on a desk or held in hands.

2. Can be arranged vertically or horizontally.

3. Comes with cables so I don't need to buy those separately.

There are a few problems with the design of this vlog kit.

1. The rig tips over easily. If I put the extender below the rig and mount my smartphone inside the rig, it becomes top-heavy enough to tip over. This is especially a problem when the rig is mounted vertically. This could be corrected with longer tripod legs.

2. The tripod legs are not extendable. Other rigs have extendable legs rather than simple legs.

3. Can't mount the lights or microphone above the rig when the rig is mounted on the tripod vertically.  There are 3 quarter-inch screw adapters on the rig (See photo of the rig with 3 red ovals around adapters.), but the only mounts for the microphone and light are on one long side of the rig. There are no mounts on either short side of the rig. If I mount the light or microphone on the long side and then mount the rig vertically, the rig becomes side heavy and tips over. I could mount the rig vertically and then use the extender to attach the light or microphone on top, but then I can't use the extender to connect the rig to the tripod.

4.  Can't attach the USB cable to the light when the light is mounted directly to the rig. I can only attach the USB cable to the light if the light is mounted on the rig using the extender. If the light is mounted directly on the rig, the rig is too close to the light to attach the USB cable. This could have been prevented by placing the USB adapter at a different location on the light. It was placed at the only mount point on the light that connects directly to the rig. See photos of the light mounted on the rig both with and without the extender. I circled the place on the light where the USB cable connects.

5. The USB cable is for power only and not for data. The adapter on the end fits Android smartphones, but I need to use a separate cable to connect the smartphone to a computer to upload the videos. Would be nice if the USB cable that came with it also allowed for data transfers.

Nice features but not designed for convenience.
