Relieve multiple diarrhea symptoms with Imodium Complete Caplets. For adults and children 12 years and older, these caplets offer effective multi-symptom relief of diarrhea and gas available without a prescription. They feature an innovative formula that combines two medications to relieve diarrhea as well as excess gas in the stomach or intestines, bloating, stomach cramps, pressure, pain, and the stuffed or filled feeling due to gas. Each lactose-free caplet contains 2 milligrams of the anti-diarrhea medication loperamide hydrochloride, and 125 milligrams of the anti-gas medication simethicone. To use, adults & children 12+ take 2 caplets initially followed by one caplet after each loose bowel movement. Do not take more than 4 caplets in 24 hours. Take only on an empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal) with a full (250 mL) glass of water. Drink plenty of clear fluids to help prevent dehydration caused by diarrhea.

I like this product, I had stomach cramps that went along with the diarrhea It took care of both and it started working in 20 minutes because I didn't trust it I didn't think it would work My stomach was really tore up, so I looked at the clock It took 20 minutes my cramps went away went to the bathroom one more time and I was good to go for the rest of the day although I will mention you will be constipated

I honestly did not know that you could have cramps associated with gas and diarrhea, until earlier this week!  This stuff works and has reset my life back to normal. Thanks goodness - the cramp and gas are gone and my stomach has now “calmed down” finally after a few days in code red status.  The diarrhea is slowly resolving too.

It is very hard to have diarrhea. I have had it for several days. It makes me nervous. It hurts. but I have started taking the Imodium and it is it hurts. very hard to have diarrhea. this works great for diarrhea. it takes about 20 minutes to work and sometimes I take it with Pepto bismo,too.  My Dr. said it's safe to use all the time. I don't have any bad side effects from it. Although, I notice I pee more. But, that's better than the other.  I highly recommend this

I have IBS and never know when I will have a flare up.But on a whim I bought this.I am completely honest when I say it works within 20 minutes.I do recommend it.I will always buy this.

This stuff works too good!!  I can only take a half of a pill and it works great!  So I get double the amount for the same price.

The box of 12 caplets still has the backing that is very difficult to open unless you have a sharp object or a key to get into the pill. No one needs to be fumbling around when there's an emergency. I have UC and I depend on being able to take this med quickly.

Extremely difficult to swallow and gets caught in your throat. Had to follow with food every time to get the pill down. I take several other pills daily and never have the problems I've had with this pill. Also, the packaging is absolutely horrible and difficult to open. I am giving two stars instead of one only because it does seem to help with the diarrhea.
