Value For Money

Great value, excellent substitute for butter in my baking recipes. Other margarines have such a high water content that they make toast soggy. For a while it had a very high salt content so it tasted too salty but they seem to have adjusted that and we find it perfect for all of our Marg/butter needs. Bonus points for coming in large tubs and being extremely good price point.

Best value, best butter substitute

Imperial margarine

none

Great butter! great taste! with is was dairy free but great otherwise.

Great

I had this delivered along with other groceries. It arrived fresh and with no damaged. Similar to what I would expect if I went to the store myself. Will order again.

As expected.

I like imperial for the taste. I have always used this brand. If the store I am shopping at is out of it, I will go to one that has it. I will not settle for anything else.

Best Margarine to buy.

I always use Becel I have tried Imperial and thought it was fine but this time hmmm not sure. I'm going to use it for frying and general cooking. Not good on toast, potatoes. I don't think i got a bad batch just it's not really for me.

Imperial

I'm not into using watery spreads on my crispy toast, as it has a way of making it very soggy. Used to be a good brand but this has become disappointing.

Disappointing

Yes it's mostly water now. Horrible on toast makes it soggy. Emailed company and was told it was to make it more spreadable. That's a crock because it's to save money in the manufacturing. Ah guess people will have to switch brands or go back to butter.

Big corporate giant ruining everything

When i was buying this online, it said 1.36kg but when i picked it up, it was 1.28kg. I dont know why i paid the same amount and got something different.

Surprised!!!

Imperial Non-Hydrogenated Margarine in an 800g yellow plastic tub with a white lid, featuring the blue Imperial logo and crown, labeled as 55% vegetable oil margarine made from 78% soy and/or canola oils and 22% vegetable oils, gluten free and kosher, suitable for spreading, frying, baking, and topping.
