Tilt will not go up as much as I would have liked it. Very inexpensive construction and quality was not equal to what I expected for the price.

Impress 12 Inch 3 Speed Oscillating Table Fan

Dislike that this Impress fan has a "fuse" in the plug.  It only lasted 2 months.  I was unaware I was purchasing a fan that has a plug with a fuse, if I knew this, I would have returned it before the 30 days was over.  So, it's like repurchasing the fan over and over again.  I needed to use this fan on a daily basis.  I have several different fans and none have a plug with a "fuse." 
 Big mistake purchasing this kind of fan with a plug that needs a fuse.
