I REALLY, really enjoy the instant hot water. The installation was easy though under the sink is a cramped area. I appreciated the push in fittings i.e. installation doesn't require very many tools.

This product can dispense about a quart of hot water at a time. The tank refills quickly for the next use. The filters are very easy to replace. The designer product line is a little expensive but once you have an instant hot water dispenser, you can't do without it so it was worth the cost. We found it was worth getting the more expensive line because of appearance and ease of use.

Easy to use, smart looking, designs to match current kitchen faucets

We have always had an insta hot in our kitchen. Did some updating to the kitchen - which included a new sink/faucet/ insta hot. This is a superior unit compared to the previous plastic looking unit we had. Having instant hot water for tea/hot chocolate or cooking is great.
 The style works well with our new traditional goose neck faucet.

High quality /functional

The Insinkerator has worked every time. It is easy to operate and has become a part of our routine for beverages, pet feeding to moisten the kibble, and for heating up baby bottles.

This product works very well

It was very simple to replace a 10 year old faucet. The older one had a seal that allowed air to seep back into the unit. Replacing the faucet resolved the problem. It was an easy swap. The hardest part of the job was to loosen the old lock nut. The new version won't have the same problem.

Replace Hor water Dispenser Faucet

This was a replacement so we are familiar with the product. It works well and the replacement went alright. 2 things made it a bit hard, working while lying under the sink and the inline coupler for the copper water line. 
Suggest Insinkerator include the tool to make that easier.

Works great

We use this "Instant Hot Water" dispenser constantly. It is a replacement for a previous insinkerator that recently died after many many years of daily service. We decided to step it up a notch this time and we chose the Antique Oil Rubbed Bronze to match our faucet units. WOW what a beauty it is but better than that it is a workhorse. It was wonderfully easy to install as was the suggested larger tank. After hook up we had hot water within about 15 minutes. (Like the idea of being able to set the heating level on the tank.) The faucet has a bit of a delay when you first touch the handle to dispense but I assume this is a safety feature because our old one would gush out sometimes and splatter hot water on us. Some may be annoyed with the delay but I like it after years of dodging hot water drops each day! Can't say enough good about this unit. It is perfect. Would have two if I had another place for one! :-) Easy to install, looks great, hot water each and every time - what more do you want or need. Great product.

Best Product on the Market

We've had an InSinkErator faucet before and was very pleased with it, so it was a easy decision to replace it with another InSinkErator product when the time came. Unfortunately, we continued to have the same problem with the replacement , but the company honored their guarantee and replaced the replacement with another faucet that has been trouble free. I love this faucet and use it daily.

Excellent instant hot faucet

This hot water faucet was a replacement that I needed to match the water faucet. It was expensive. You cannot buy parts to repair older faucets that leak. The installation was relatively easy except for the awkwardness of working under the sink next to the disposal.
