Had The faucet and hot water tank installed in Las Vegas. Five years later moved both to Phoenix. Four years after that the faucet began to leak at the lever ball-joint. I consider nine years of service for this type of faucet we use at least a dozen times every day not bad. Replaced the faucet and it all works like new.

Very Good Product

There are many cleaning items that require the faucet to have a farther reach. 
Otherwise it is great.

Your feedback System here is wayyy too restrictive - requiring a nick name that no one else has etc. Ease of installation when customer did not install etc.

Wish the faucet came out into the sink farther

Our first one lasted far beyond the warranty so there was no hesitation to replace it. The replacement of the faucet was pretty simple for me as I had installed the first one. Follow the instructions and advice included in the box and you should be good for several years.

I am SO glad that I got this product as part of my kitchen renovation! I will be selling all my teapots and electric kettles at the next community yard sale! I've always make coffee using a French press and now it takes no time at all to have the coffee ready. I use it for so many things - Just this past week we had a nor'easter storm and my friends lost all electric (and they live in an all electric house). I was able to easily bring them three huge pots of super hot water thanks to my new gizmo. Love, love, love it!

It's HOT In SO Many Ways!

When we sold our home last year, one of the things we did not want to leave behind was this exact hot water dispenser. Then, when we were building our empty-nester in Atlanta, we had the builder install two (one at the kitchen sink on the main level and one at a wet bar upstairs in the loft -- perfect for tea and those instant Starbucks Via coffees). THEN we built a condo in Orlando and again specified this dispenser for our kitchen (we have no wet bar there). We have had zero problem with any of them so far.

We own THREE of these hot water dispensers -- all identical!

If you turn on and off the faucet by pushing the handle towards the faucet, when you release the lever, it immediately turns off and doesn't drip. If you push the lever away from the faucet spigot, it can drip for a few minutes before stopping completely. Disappointing.

We love this whole set-up, but the tank on the heater is made of some sort of poor material and starts leaking about every 5-6 years. This is our third water heater and we love it while it works. It does seem to us that the manufacturer could make the tank out of some material that would not break down so quickly. After all, our general household water heater was just replaced after 35 years of service without a leak and it worked well the whole time. Our plumber says that these products used to last for 25-30 years when first introduced, but that now they fail rather regularly. The faucet has failed after about 18 years, so it is better than the heater tank, though why it should start balking and not closing consistently is a mystery.

Great Product, but limited life span and expensive to replace.

I'm having a dripping problem with our brand-new faucet and can't figure out why? It started dripping a few days after installing it then after a trying a trouble shooter tip if stopped. Now 2months later its dripping again. Unfortunately, the trouble shooter suggestions aren't stopping it this time and I'm frustrated. It's a nice feature so I don't want to give it a bad review but it's terrible I'm having this problem with a new faucet!

This product drips

horrible, horrendous, don't do it.  You purchase the unit and then unbeknownst to their retailers, dealers you have to purchase the dispenser.  However, none of the colors or styles match my faucet and soap dispenser.  Never again.  Buy another brand, or you will end up with hodge podge on your countertop
