The bag is extremely well built. There are no complaints in that area. My only problem is the organization of the inside pockets. The layout can be a little overwhelming. I don't know if the problem lies in my lack of equipment or in Incase's assumption. Either way I feel like I'm underusing the product. Other than that, the bag does a great job of holding and protecting my camera.

Great product, but a little confusing

This is my main camera bag. It holds all my Fujifilm kit: 2 bodies, 3 primes, 2 zooms and. All the other bits and bobs that go along with these. Love the sling configuration for easy access to all the gear. Either sling, grab stuff and then sling back; or locate on my front if changing out lenses often. Only shortfall is the main zipper: Hard to get around the end corners and feels a little under specified for the tension (but it has not failed yet, at least 2 years of service). With all the gear it is stuffed, so no room for anything else.

Almost Perfect.

It was put quite well in another review, this bag is tough to carry. Materials, build, function, all great, but it truly is not fun to carry. I took this pack loaded up to New Zealand for 2 weeks, and I would have traded anything for 2 straps. Taking it on constant hikes, the weight tends to shift and the bag slides way too much for comfortable, on-the-go reliability. I had a 5D, three lenses and (sometimes) a tripod and it was an unwieldy mess to lug around and was never easy to duck or cliMacbook with. Every other part of this bag is great., planned and executed well, but if you need to pick one for being extremely mobile and comfortable, choose 2 straps for the time being.

Mostly well executed but I agree with the other review, not

This bag has served me well for a few years, in fact I have two in different colorways. It's light, comfortable and easy to sling around. It holds a lot for me. My X-Pro2 with 2 lenses and a second film camera with a lens, with room to spare. It can also hold an 11" MacBook Air comfortably in the zippered back sleeve. The only thing I hope the Incase design team considers for a long overdue version 2 is the ability to sling on both shoulders. My only complaint about the bag is the left shoulder only configuration. I use the sling for travel as a day pack or sometimes for all-day shoots and it really aches the left shoulder after a few hours. Color updates are nice, but this bag deserves a step closer to perfection. Please do Incase folks. Thanks.

Good bag, but time for even better V2.

If I had to design my own bag, this would be 95% it. Nice looking without screaming "steal me". Large enough to carry a decent amount but small enough that it's not a full size heavy backpack. Comfortable to wear all day. Mine is the earlier heather charcoal gray version and as much as I like black for photography, I do like the dark gray over the black. The pictures on the site don't really do most of the Incase products justice, I recommend YouTube video reviews to get a better look inside of the bags instead of the 6 or whatever pictures of the outside. I use this as an everyday bag. Tablet, Fujifilm X-E2 with a pancake lens attached, old manual lens with adapter, extra battery, cleaning cloth and solution, phone charger / external battery, sunglasses, earbuds, pens, Chapstick, business cards, and I still have room to add a thing or two like a flash if I wanted to. I looked a long time for the perfect bag for a mirrorless setup and I think short of designing my own (I'd change the depth of compartments slightly and loosen the front pocket) this is as close as I'll get. Incase makes good stuff and I'll look at them first next time I need something.

Mirrorless Day Bag

a camera bag that doesnt scream "hey look! i have a very expensive equipment over here!". not overly bluky, it is overall a very modest and modern camera bag that is perfect for the minimalist type of photographer. perfect for carrying a lens or two, a speedlite, and a tripod.

DSLR Sling Pack

Big fan of Incase products & was interested in grabbing a camera bag for my DSLR as well as accessories. Online the size of the bag seems smaller than in person. When I received the bag I was in "wow" to the actual size. For the bag to be on the bigger medium sz, the interior of the bag doesn't offer as much as I thought BUT all in all I think its a good buy for very minimal items.

As I'm well aware this sling bag is optimized for Photographers with DSLR's, I found it very practical as an every day bag, especially for all my audio necessities, such as my laptop, recorder/audio interface, cables, pens/markers, microphones, small notebooks, etc. Its very form-fitting, and despite literally stuffing this bag to the brim without any noticeable bulge, its still very comfortable to wear, let alone easy to access my gear without having to take off my pack. I'm a minimalist, so the size suits my needs very well and would definitely recommend this bag. You don't have to be a photographer to enjoy this one!

My Everyday Audio Bag!

I bought the grey version 2 years ago. It served me well and everything I needed to carry along has a compartment ready for it. It's well protected and easy clip on! Loved the single shoulder design. Overall other than the zipper was slightly jammed every time when I tried to zip with one hand, everything is perfect that made me buy the second one. Just received it about a week ago! It was amazing!

Everything I needed for is in that bag!

I had this bag for a couple years now and I just absolutely love it. I was skeptical about having a sling bag since I wanted a regular bag with the two straps. But this works out at any event or trip I go to. I want to take a picture or see something then I swing it forward, unzip the top, pull my camera out. No having to set it down, take picture, then put camera back in. It is a little heavy when all your gear and laptop is in it. Then it does put all the strain on that one shoulder. I do love it's great weatherproof material and the rainfly. I live in the PNW and it does rain...a lot. For light rain the material is great and the rain fly is just fantastic when it's heavy. I do have a problem with the rain fly not being able to cover my tripod but it's all good. I don't go shooting when it's heavy rain anyway. So far I don't even want to change up bags.
