We love this carrier!
I have owned other carriers in the past with our other kids and this one surpasses them all. It has padded shoulder straps and does not get my sweaty little one hot at all. 
I can wear it for hours with no complaints. Definitely worth the money and much better value than their cheaper carrier.

my husband and I both like this one! That's rare! It's great for our 15 month old for when he's tired having us and when he wants to look at everything facing out both while carried in the front. it's still comfortable on our backs as well.

Very comfy. And it's big enough to fit around my waist. (size 18 pants). My only complaint is that its hard to unbuckle the buckle between the shoulders.

I LOVE this carrier. 
I use it for my 30lb baby, I love the adjustable straps and how secure my child is. Every time we go shopping I wear this. 

The shoulder straps have decent padding, but after a few hours they do start to dig in a bit. 

As a smaller person I wish that the straps had somewhere to tuck in, there's a lot of extra length dangling down when I have it adjusted. 

10/10 would recommend for any parent who needs to stay productive while having a clingy child.

It is very comfortable to wear with a heavier baby. I bought this one because it had a higher weight limit. It is comfortable to wear him in the front or on my back and it does not hurt my shoulders.

It's a decent product. But I am a larger chested woman. And this only has straps to your shoulders. So it puts a lot of strain on your back between your shoulders. So my back kills me at the end of the day.

I'd skip it

Prior reviews on this all seemed good but it didn't meet my expectations. The buckles are extremely hard to get undone %26 is not newborn/infant friendly. My baby's head stayed titled all the way back in the headrest %26 it was adjusted as much as it would go. Was not a fan for my size baby.
