I was very excited to receive my tension straightening brush and after two weeks of use I can confidently express that this brush did not work very well for my very thick hair though the temperature rises fairly fast it does not feel the actual temperature not a lot of hair fits through the bristles and the tension button gets tiring to be going to .when its already some weight in the brush it's self but that's just preference if anything. Love the modernized look and the gripping in the end of the brush . Just not sure id recommend for thick long hair from my experience.

It did heat up fairly quickly. I do wish it was a little faster. It also only gets up to 400 degrees and my straightener gets hotter than that. I also liked that it can get right up to the skull to help tame my frizz and keep my hair looking nice. It does have a faint buzzing sound to it that was kind of annoying to me. I do feel like it was easier and faster to use than a straightener but I feel like my straightener makes my hair straighter and my hair stays straighter for longer. However, if you touch the Tension Brush it won't burn you and that was nice

The weight of this brush is lightweight and the color is so chic and pretty. The brush comes with low and high option the heated teeth is what makes your hair smooth and frizz- free. Also, the tension button is useful. The temperature number shown in a LED light so you can rail y see in which temperature your brush is!  The highest temperature is 400.

I was a little disappointed that the “on/off” button didn't light up to indicate whether it was on. I'm assuming that there are only 2 temperature setting since it is just a high and low button. I have always been a fan of this brand, but this product not so much.
