fountain pen ink is impossible to find in retail stores. This is exactly what I was looking for.

This is the right ink for a fountain pen and can be hard to find. I have a very old (nearly antique I guess) bottle of another brand of ink that has a little well on the side of the bottle that holds a small amount of ink, so that you don't have to dip the pen down in the bottle to refill. This bottle doesn't have that. I was impressed with how well it shipped, especially since the package had some mishaps along the way (not the carrier's fault) and it would have been horrible if the bottle had broken! It made the trip perfectly.
