Youtube provided a great video to assist with the assembly.  This table is easy to use and adjust from husband 6'1" to me 5'2".  It is noisy, buy what vibrating anything isn't?  It can be set up pretty close to a wall, which has made it take up less space than I expected.

This unit is well made and sturdy, assembly was fairly easy if you follow the step by step instructions. The delivery and packaging were fine. Like others mentioned in their reviews I also would like to be able to use the heat option only without the massage.

Worth the investment!

Absolutely love this inversion table!! First, it came very quick. I believe i had it delivered in 4 or 5 days. Second, it was super easy to put together. I'm pretty sure it only took about 20-30 minutes to completely put together. Third, i feel so much better after i use it. I have 2 herniated discs in my lower back. That causes a lot of problems with my sciatica and i get the feeling of numbness and hot pokers in my thigh. I do two 5 minute sessions a day, once in the morning and once before bed. If I'm having a bad day, as far as pain goes this helps greatly relieve it, if not completely take it away. This product has been a, literal, life saver to me. The pain was getting so bad, at one point, that i tried committing suicide to make it stop. Thanks to this wonderful inversion table, i do not believe that that will be an issue again!

Amazing product that was a life saver for me!!!!!

Excellent inversion table! We use this daily! It's great for stretching out the spine, and for a little relaxing massage. We use this in combination with meditation therapy, and it works magic on us! Love this!!! Would highly recommend! Easy to set up, safe, and does exactly what it's designed to do!

Perfect little inversion table!

I bought this in November to give to my husband for Christmas. He has scoliosis %26 arthritis. He has a  all around bad back because he's been doing masonry and landscaping work since the age of 12. He is now 42 %26 has the back of someone decades older than him. He was absolutely ecstatic when he found out what it was. Hasn't quit smiling since he got it put together 🥰 The massager %26 heat are really powerful.  And it really stretches %26 helps his back %26 even hips. He said today is the first day he woke up %26 wasn't in that much pain.  Definitely worth every penny I spent!

awesome deal

Bought this as a gift and he loves it saying back pain is substantially decreased because of using it each day after work. He says it's easy to put together following instructions provided and simple to use, also following instructions for use.

Great Product, Seems Well Built

It's very heavy! I thought it would fold up for easy movement and storage, but it doesn't. It will fold up, but be careful! There isn't any way to keep the legs pinned down. That makes moving it nearly impossible by yourself. We do like using it but its in one room for good. I highly recommend picking a place to set it up and leave it!

Works well, but very heavy!

The pad in the center that house the heat and massage (vibrate) does not fit in my lumbar area.   If I adjust the height I can get a better fit but then I can't get it to recline and invert.  When I adjust the height again, it's easier to recline and invert but the pad doesn't fit in the lumbar area.  So, I took it off and placed it in my recliner.  LOVE IT!!!  I ordered an half moon lumbar pillow to strap on to the inversion table so I can place it comfortably in my lumbar area.  Problem solved!

Love the inversion table, but.....

Much of the parts did not match. It was cheaply made in China, and I had to purchase about another 40 dollars worth of hardware to fully complete installation, following the provided instructions and using all provided hardware. I'm surprised I paid 200 dollars for this thing. Having to replace most of the provided hardware aside, it does work like an inversion table. (Considering I had to basically fix it before the whole thing even started.) Thanks Walmart!
