JUST BUY THE DANG THING , QUIT WONDERING AND ORDER IT TODAY U WONT REGRET . Why pay $600 plus when THIS WORKED FOR ME   BUY IT and YOU MAY BE BETTER BY THE NEXT DAY ATLEAST A LITTLE . DAY BY DAY IM getting BETTER and only had 1 week so far, Well lets start by the fact my lower and mid back has been BAD BAD for around 30 years. I was at the point I WANTED TO SHOOT MYSELF MANY TIMES and was UNBEARABLEY MISERABLE. I decided to try this unit. THE FIRST DAY I GOT IT I hung at just past level for about 3-5 mins. IT PULLED MY SPINE OUT OF MY Assets and I CAN ACTUALY WALK IN THE MORNINGs NOT STARING AT MY FEET FOR A CHANGE. I MEEN SERIOUSLY .It has a couple of SMALL FAULTS BUT THE FACT I CAN WALK AND NOT MISERABLE as I HAD BEEN OVERRIDES ANY THAT SMALL SUFF. Well built, easy to assemble, sturdy, and the heat/massage unit is the icing on the cake!  I use that option first, in the horizontal position only, and let the auto-timer run so I can just let the benefits to the spine happen.  Then the inversion starts.  This is my second purchase of an inversion table (sold the first due to a transpacific move), both from Walmart, and enjoy continued happiness and a healthier back/spine (no history of back surgery).  At 66 years old, and using inversion tables for over ten years now, it continues to be one of my smarter purchase decisions.  The gift that keeps on giving.

Awesome buy.

This table provides everything I want in an inversion table.  I've been using it on and off for four months. I have two bulging disks in my lower back. The chiropractor and use of the inversion table have greatly reduced the pain in my lower back. I have not used the advanced heat / massage therapy that came with the unit.

Innova ITM5950 Inversion Table

I bought this for a friend with back issues. She has only had it for a couple of weeks, but so far, she loves it. It was a little intimidating to put together, but we got it set up without any problems and it works really well. The heat and massage are nice features when her back is aching and the ankle cuffs work well to hold her without hurting her ankles. I would recommend this item.

Good Inversion Table

It has been extremely helpful for my friend in realignment for his spine, after falling last year and injuring his back. Very easy instructions to follow within putting it together. All pieces and tools included. Took his girlfriend and I about an hour and half to put together.

Just received and assembled today.  I have a very severe curvature of the spine and arthritis in my back and get severe back spasms when I overdue.  My neurologist recommended getting an inversion table and that it might help.  Heat helps when I have a spasm, so it was a plus having this feature and one of the reasons I ordered this model.  I have used it a few times already and think it is going to work well for me.  My husband frequently has lower back pain so think he is going to appreciate my purchasing this item.  The only thing that I would say as a negative is that you can't operate the heat nor the massage features separately.  Anyway, so far, so good!!!

Great product!

I've had this table 3 weeks and am about to move to position 3. The big thing I like us that the heat and massage part is removable, I can put it on my recliner and use it there. Very well constructed, sturdy, easy today use with plenty of adjustable parts. Was not too bad to put together, but I do have Mr Tinkerman for a husband. The only thing I wish it could do is fold up more, but I think making it that way would take away from the sturdiness of the table, idk. I'm happy with my purchase.

So far so good

Husband has been using twice a day for about 3 weeks. It is helping his hip, can tell a difference when he forgets to use the machine. Relatively easy to assemble. Adjustable for my shorter frame. Likes the massage. Took some trial and error to figure out correct placement of feet and head rest. Good value for the price.

Does not feel as sturdy as it looks and the ankle holders that lock you in to lay back are not secure feet has slipped out several times
