Advanced Heat and Massage Inversion Therapy TableThe Innova ITM6000 is a heavy-duty inversion table that comes with many features that set it apart from other inversion tables. Starting with its patent pending dual heat and massage pad, which covers both the user’s neck and spinal regions. The new heat and massage system consists of two affixed components that move with the user’s body as they invert. Users can tailor their inversion experience by targeting either their neck or back or both regions with a multitude of massage modes and two heat levels. This model also features a large backrest pad and soft touch foam handlebars to allow for a comfortable, easy inversion. But these features are just the basics. To provide additional benefits, the ITM6000 includes a curved stretch bar for users to utilize during their inversion therapy. Users can grab the stretch bar and pull to feel the additional stretch as your body decompresses. The ITM6000 also features a True Balance System and our 6-Angle Pin System.True Balance System - Triple Adjustment StructureUnlike other inversion tables, which only have one adjustable part, the ITM6000’s True Balance System has three adjustable features, to help each individual user find the smoothest and most comfortable inversion experience for them. The True Balance Structure allows users to adjust the headrest, the backrest, and the height to micromanage the center of gravity.6-Angle Pin System With Protective CoverThe ITM6000 also features a patented protective cover for the easy to adjust six angle pin system. Just position the pin in the desired slope and know that your inversion position will be safe, comfortable, and consistent every time. Old tether strap systems require the user to dismount entirely and climb underneath the table in order to adjust and can loosen after repeated use.300 lb User Weight CapacityAssembly RequiredDual Heat and Massage Pad for Back and NeckLonger Ankle Holding Knob for Easier Release with Ergonomic Ankle Holding SystemTrue Balance System for Easy InvertingSix (6) Position Adjustable Pin System with added Patented Protective Cover for easy positioningLarge, Comfortable Backrest Pad with Adjustable Headrest PadConsult with a licensed physician before starting any new exercise regime.Disclaimer: inversion tables are intended to provide immediate and lasting back relief, but may not work for all customers, results may varySafety Information: Consult with a licensed physician before using this inversion table. Always wanted an inversion machine and now I ask myself why I waited so long every time i use it. Well designed and quality materials. I use it once or twice/day on setting 3. It rocks soo smoothly. Balancing your body is fun you can get a little creative with how it responds to your weight shifting. Your head, arms or just shifting your body slightly can raise/lower or balance the table perfectly. Very comfortable and supportive seat, back and head. Getting the pressure off your feet, legs and hips always feels amazing. Reclining upside down.. the blood and lymphatic circulatory systems are given the chance to rest as the gravity is reversed. In short interval reps I believe this would be helpful to allow toxins to be  flushed out of areas where gravity has been holding onto them. I've tried head stands, hand stands, 3 point stands and yoga. They all cause stress and strain on hands, wrists, shoulders, neck and head. This device allows you to get the reverse gravitational benefits of inversion without sressing and possibly injuring those areas.

Be careful!!  Not recommended for unsupervised young children or elderly use. I can see how you could get into inverted position and could be difficult/impossible to get back up on your own. Most would not have a problem however. It can be very relaxing. Don't fall asleep on it. Bood pooling to your head is not safe for long periods. If you have issues with eye strain and pressure you should avoid using this, or limit inversion to 30 to 60 seconds and come up immediately if you feel any eye pain.

That said, i have not regretted a single session with this device. It feels amazing to use and I wish I'd gotten it years ago.

itm6000 - love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really nice machine. Works great. The only thing that I would like different is the Part that locks you in place needs to be a little bit wider to get you legs in. im only 5'3 and its hard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This table is great and works just like it is supposed too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Helps with blowback pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good for the purposes of a traction table, however the massage feature is disappointing as it is more of a vibration. So, would not recommend if an added true massage function is what you are looking for, but do recommend for the inversion aspect.

Good inversion, not for massage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love it . does everything expected ...only issue i have is the little rubber bumper thing falls out none stop.

works as should

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The heat and massage feature really adds a soothing element! Gives it that extra wow factor!!! Would definitely recommend ☺️

Love it!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The construction is a pain to assemble. There are alot of pieces. But it when you arn't in pain if you have reoccuring back problems because you arn't going to be able to assemble when in pain. It takes a while . But once set up is it a few times and week. It had helped releive some of my pain and unfortunately I don't handle physical therapy in office well.

ALOT OF ASSEMBLY IF YOU ARE IN PAIN ALREADY.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's see in theory i think it's a great product. i am 5'5" 198 lbs. despite being under the weight capacity by a decent amount i still felt uneasy in the device. it did not feel secure or very steady. i will be returning. the massage feature also did not function at times.

Ehh...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea is great, but if like to see it built more securely. I weigh 200 lbs, and it feels a tad wobbly. I will be returning.
