this item took some time to put together and the instructions were not super clear, however it works wonderfully! Very helpful for lower back and hip pain- we love that it is more durable and think with daily use it will be very beneficial to minimize ones daily aches and pains.

Excellent table for the price

I always research reviews and I chose this unit for it's capabilities the pin to select your inversion degree and of course the stretching bars at the top..not complicated to assemble..but it's not a ten minute job, does take a bit of time...but compared to more expensive units it is well worth the time..very sturdy and we'll made machine..

Back help

The table works great; just getting it to the correct setting so you can go backward and up easily takes a bit of adjusting.  
The set up took quite a while but, finally got it done.  The table is sturdy and stable.
I do not put the ankle holders on too tightly and it lets me slide a bit when inverted but, helps get into and out of the inverted position/ I wear socks and my tennis shoes. 
I come back to a flat position, after being inverted and stay there for a couple of minutes before coming the rest of the way up and then stay there for a minute or so before bending forward to unlatch my ankles, this slow process keeps me from getting increased pain and spasms.  I have a lumbar L4-L5 herniated disc that is about a month out.  Started using the table at the beginning of week 4 after my injury.  I could not have used it sooner than that with all of the extreme nerve pain that I was having.  I have only inverted to the minimal inversion setting and this seems fine for now.  I did it about 2 minutes, 3 times a day the first 2 days and now trying 5 minutes at a time for 3-4x day.

Purchased from Walmart.com alway happy with their deliveries. Love it so far, it delivered ahead of time. Easy to assemble alone, just a note when attaching the table to frame 2 people will be needed unless you have something to prop up the top of table. I suggest when using it you body is warmed up, I usually use it when I get home from work ( my line of work is pretty physical) I did use it on a day I was off

Its a good buy

i love the bars over head to hang from to stretch out my back! i sont like the foot rest just being smooth painted metal feet slip off easy. i use aqua socks for grip. over all construction is good. the directions were a little poor but common sense will get you through.
