Assembly process is straightforward with clear instructions.

Directions are easy to read with labeled parts.

Made with sturdy construction to support high weight capacity.

Simple assembly and minimal effort required.

Reduces lower back discomfort and sciatica.

The Innova is well built, with sturdy materials. I borrowed a more expensive brand from a friend last year before purchasing this. This inversion table is just as good for half the price. My back was hurting every day for the past 2 months. After using the inversion table once, hanging upside-down for 2 minutes, twisting and turning while hanging, I am happy to say that I have not needed it since, and that was almost 2 weeks ago. Actually I like this one better than the expensive brand because the lumbar cushion feels is softer.
One thing I experienced differently from other reviews: it took me 4 hours to put all the pieces together. No pieces were missing, I did not use power tools, and I did it by myself with the assistance of a bar stool with books on it to hold up the chair at one point. No complaints, though. The directions were easy to follow.

Better and Less Expensive

walmart.com

I purchased this after I needed to alleviate some pressure from my spine. The construction was mostly easy to follow, and even with some confusion in assembly, I got it put together in 2ish hours. The frame is sturdy and allows multiple levels of inverting and locking angles. It is also compact enough to fold and store without disassembly.

Great investment

I was kind of afraid of putting it together after reading the reviews but it wasn't that bad. Took about 10 minutes to remove all the plastic and padding and then just over an hour to put together. I can see where this would be a bit much especially if you already have back pain. I'm working with arm injuries on both sides so getting up and down off the floor repeatedly and trying to tighten the bolts slowed me down. I also for some reason expected you'd need someone to lower you into position. I did not realize you're supposed to self rotate. Thank goodness my other half was on standby considering my two injured arms I didn't want to risk pulling myself back upward solo. Seems like a fun machine, mostly got it four our daughter but I can't convince her to mount it. There was an attempt.

neat tool

Follow the easy to understand directions, comes with tools and everything you need. Takes up up less room than I suspected with plenty of room to go forward and backwards. Maybe not right after eating a meal, you can do a 180 on here if ya want! The base is super sturdy and I safely lay upside down for back pain, and blood to brain. I just stay that way for a few minutes myself but some people could use this for certain yoga methods, it is a lifesaver! I also use it in horizontal position and lock it in, feels like you are floating. Make sure you hear the click locking your ankles in, so secure yet comfortable. And even if you are dealing with weight issues this will secure you in as the weight limit says, crunches are an option as well! I looked at many others, affordable yet strong and comfortable were my goals and this exceeds my expectations by far. Sincerely one of the best purchases I have invested in health. If you warm up as a singer or do meditation mantras for chakra balance this frees you up until you feel your self vibrate, not possible standing on floor alone easily. A good half a dozen positions to lock in, I safely stretch forward as well and fold for further maintenance of the spine. Carefully doing soft twists to crack back into place and ready for the day. Morning, afternoon and pre bedtime routine, this has become a very important part of my life! Excellent quality! Super comfy, and one person can assemble, follow directions closely. In no time you'll go from the getting used to being off your feet ahhhhh, and extending back to being a regular frequent flyer, ha! And THIS is the ticket. Excellent job Innova! If you have feet or leg swelling, please consider trying this, I promise it will do you good.

Sore back? Get this, use liberally!

This was easy to assemble, I followed the instructions exactly, and the YouTube video link also was very helpful. I did it by myself, the only slightly difficult part was attached the back rest to the frame, but I balanced the end of it on a kitchen chair until I attached the screws. And now that it's put together, it feels great on my back. Don't hesitate to order this, you can do it!

Easy-Peasy!

I thought about buying an inversion table for a long time but lack of space at my house kept me from it. I'm a female with painful back issues that are getting worse as time passes. This past year I discovered that along with the pain of sciatica and arthritis in my back, I also have scoliosis starting. I began having crippling pain most everyday and it was even starting to affect my legs. It was becoming impossible to get stuff done.. like ordinary housework and yardwork. So after reading many reviews; I purchased this inversion table. BEST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE!!! After the very first time on this table (only about 5 minutes) I had no pain for the first time in months. I don't actually go totally upside down.. only to the 3rd setting and relax there for a short time. I do this nearly everyday.
Seriously, I can't believe how well this has worked for me.
It does take up space and would not be easy for me to keep folding it closed everyday, because it's heavy.. but I just don't care. I love it so much that the space it takes is absolutely worth it. Also, I noticed some reviews mentioned they had trouble with the assembly. I found the assembly simple enough.. It comes with detailed instructions and all the hardware is packaged and labeled according to each step of assembly.. they even supply the necessary tools.

Sorry I Waited So Long to Get This

This is the best $99 I have ever spent. I was back and forth about which brand to go with and I am so happy I went with the Innova Inversion Table. There is also a legitimate website for Innova which seems very reputable and the quality of the product is great. I was able to assemble this alone with the help of the YouTube video and instructions within 2 hours. If you have another person to help it will be much faster and easier. Only downside is that it is very heavy and the legs do not lock together when you carry it. However, this could be a plus because the table is so heavy and it is built to withstand a lot of weight.

Great product

I got it unboxed and assembled in a few hours. Set aside some time to unpack and inventory all the parts, it took me almost as much time to unpack everything than to assemble it. Everything was individually wrapped in plastic and reinforced with cardboard if necessary.

I can see why it only has a 300lb limit. Even though the metal tubes give it an appearance of being overbuilt, when you start working with it, you will see that it is not heavy gauge steel and can distort if you over tighten the nuts. The weakest point is the footrest (the platform you stand on when getting on the machine) which bend when you stand on them. For reference, I weigh 210lbs which is well under the weight limit. That being said, everything fit together well and assembly was relatively easy (minus a bonehead thing I did because I didn't read the instructions carefully). There is no need to worry about falling over when inverted, it is very stable. I went fully inverted and my back felt better afterwards. What the directions doesn't tell you is that the farther down your head goes, the harder it is to pull yourself upright. There's no gearing to help you, it's a straight 1:1 pull back upright. Just keep this in mind when you go fully inverted.

Resembling a ladder, the legs fold together. It's almost compact and easy to move around. I say almost because the length is about 6' when folded.

Feature wise, I'm a bit disappointed. I was hoping that the selection points locked the table into the 6 positions, it doesn't. They're stoppers and just prevent the table from going beyond the chosen points. If I start at position 1 and want to change to position 2, I have to go back down to change the setting. Having the ability to change on the fly would be so much easier.

I'm surprised that they didn't include a remote release for the hold down mechanism. I have to bend down to release my feet which causes pain to my back which pretty much negates the positive inversion affects. I'll need to attach a strap or chain to pull the spring-loaded release pin.

All in all, everything works, I recommend this device.

Works as advertised

I bought this for my husband as an anniversary gift. He absolutely loves it !
Although it was a bit trying to assemble it is well worth the blood sweat and tears it took to put it together.
My husband uses it twice a day and it is working wonders for his multiple disc herniations. It's sturdy yet smooth in motion. It takes very little effort to operate and is easy to maneuver into the varying 5 positions.

Also cleaning the table is a cinch. I just wipe it down with a damp cloth and voilà it's ready for the next use.

I plan to buy this inversion table for my son and his wife for their anniversary next month.

I highly recommend this item due to its ease of use, simple maintenance and affordability.

The absolute perfect gift.

where you put your feet into it the bottom most peice moves ever so slightly moves with you but its stays after. and there is not one single piece labled so may end up having to redo a step when you realize it looks wrong.

I actually like it but I believe it is used. I gave it one star because the backrest has a cut in it. I have it together now so I am not sending it back. I am sure within a month the cut will have ripped all the way across. I just did not expect to buy something new that I had to put duct tape on before I could even use it. Oh yeah, the backing on the backrest is very loose, it will not last long..

Very disappointed

Innova ITX9400 Inversion Table heavy duty deluxe inversion table with large blue-and-black padded backrest and adjustable headrest, front three-quarter view on gray steel frame showing soft-touch foam handlebars, six-angle pin adjustment with protective cover, True Balance triple-adjust components and reversible ergonomic ankle holders; suitable for home inversion and stretching routines.
