I was kind of afraid of putting it together after reading the reviews but it wasn't that bad.  Took about 10 minutes to remove all the plastic and padding and then just over an hour to put together. I can see where this would be a bit much especially if you already have back pain. I'm working with arm injuries on both sides so getting up and down off the floor repeatedly and trying to tighten the bolts slowed me down. I also for some reason expected you'd need someone to lower you into position. I did not realize you're supposed to self rotate. Thank goodness my other half was on standby considering my two injured arms I didn't want to risk pulling myself back upward solo. Seems like a fun machine, mostly got it four our daughter but I can't convince her to mount it.  There was an attempt.

Why oh why did I wait so long to buy one of these?!?!? It's absolutely amazing. Super sturdy frame and very easy to use. Definitely helpful to have a second set of hands to put it together. Can I think of any reason why I wish I would have gotten a more expensive one? Nope!!! This 10000% does what it's meant to do. I feel incredible! My body very much appreciates this purchase.

AMAZING!!

I honestly didn't know whether I'd like the inversion table and was thinking I might be sorry after I bought it.  Truth be told, I love this thing.  My back feels great after using it.  I would tell anyone to get an inversion table.  This one I purchased has been great and you can't beat the price.  Don't spend the money on a 200 to 600 table.  It isn't worth paying the extra money in my opinion.  Especially when you more than likely will only be using it 5 to 10 minutes a day.  I did have a problem when I was putting the table together.  I was missing a piece.  I quickly emailed the company and the part should be arriving soon hopefully.

Works great!

Works really well for 5.3 feet  person and my husband who is 6 feet. Easy to adjust in between us. He said that it took him 2.5h to put together. For 2 people job would oc been quicker. The YouTube instructing video helps a lot. But works excellent!

Love it!

Item came as described, in perfect condition. I have a lot of spinal issues; degenerative disc disease, osteoarthritis, etc, and this helped stretch my spine from the first time using it, I felt relief. My spine didn't feel like it was grinding together; I felt like I had cushioning between my vertebrae (I don't). I haven't felt this much relief in many years. I use it twice a day for just a minute. Absolutely recommend this item.

Worth the buy

I have used inversion tables but from you in the past and they have completely eliminated my visit to the chiropractor allowing the freedom of movement after stretching.

Awesome purchase

This is a great quality product! Dont hesitate if you suffer from back pain and sciatica like me.  Took me an hour to assemble by myself.  Read the instructions SLOWLY and you shouldnt have any issues.  Yes 2 people would have been quicker (unless you argue lol). First time using one of these and I have no complaints at all.  Back feels better after using it so glad I bought one.  The padding is just fine in my opinion. It even has a lower lumbar pad you can add and remove in one second.

where you put your feet into it the bottom most peice moves ever so slightly moves with you but its stays after. and there is not one single piece labled so may end up having to redo a step when you realize it looks wrong.

Assembly was complicated but doable.  I found attempting to get on the product very difficult and not safe for someone my age.   The folding of the product was not hard.  The design leaves something to be desired.  The padding was a  bit thin but acceptable.
The foot rest was hard to use as far as I am concerned,  I will be returning the product for one that will be easier to use.
