For the Price AND the quality/comfort of head phones and sound inclusion/exclusion these are Amazing! Kids at home, your spouse working from home and you all need to be QUIET or you need to block out the constant video/phone/conference call talk all day these are great!!! Picked these up to plug the base into the back of our families flatscreen TV set for my hard of hearing father.  He likes them at least just as much as his $200.00  Sony wireless headphones he has at home!!  You may want to pickup a simple plug in battery charger with two high capacity AAA batteries for daily use, but alkaline batteries work quite well too.  Very pleased with this purchase, very comfortable headphones!

Great value in BASESTATION WIRELESS Headphones

These headphones work great!  I bought them for my mother, who is in a skilled care center.  She needed a better way to listen to her TV because her roommate plays her TV rather loudly.  These are working wonderfully!  Simple to operate.  I would recommend this item.

This headset works well, is excellent so far (couple of months) for the price.  Works as well, with a lighter headset, than one we paid $150.  Hard to set up, directions very poor, but after watching a utube with hints, had no problem.

This was actually my second pair. My first pair broke, so I glued it (with E6000 and clamps), then the other side broke, and I glued that too...multiple times. Why the manufacturer can't make the ear part that's connected to the headband part with a solid amount of plastic is beyond me, but the whole headset's structural integrity hinges on the teeny, tiny bit of plastic surrounding the wire that runs from one earphone to the other. I bought a second pair and made the kids swear to be gentle and baby it, but who broke it by just pulling them off one night? My husband. Wasn't rough or anything.
I'm still torn because for the price point, these can't be beat. Yes, you have to reset them almost every time, you have to push both buttons multiple times until it finds the right frequency or something. And yes, the headphones have to be able to "see" the base in order to get signal. That doesn't bother me. But they break way too easily, and it appears to be an easy-to-fix design flaw, but I'm no manufacturer.

Would be great if only they didn't snap like twig

I purchased the wireless headphone for TV use. I was very disappointed in the wireless headphone because it didn't pick up the TV waves only radio waves. I have given up my search for a reasonably priced wireless headphone. I guess you get what you pay for and I must haven't paid enough.

Disappointed

Purchased for an X-mas gift for elderly person with hearing issues. The product is  of good quality but the issue we had was every time the headphones are used they have to be  reset. Not user friendly for elderly person to use.

Headphones did not work at all. Just got static.
Instructions were in Spanish only, no English instructions sent at all.
Very disappointed. Returned for refund.

Faulty Product-Do Not Buy

This is the worst item I have ever wasted my money on.  You can not get a clear sound from it because there is a constant background noise.  No matter where you move the receiver, it doesn't do it's job at all.  This is nothing but a con job.  I would give it zero stars if I could!!!!!!  Also, I tried to call Innovative Technologies for assistance and when you call their number you get a message saying the number is not valid.  I can only assume they put a fake number out there so they won't get calls asking for assistance.

Don't Deal With Innovative Technologies

Very disappointed. When they work, they are great, but they are unreliable. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. My other Bluetooth headphones connect to my phone EVERY TIME. In addition, one of the ear pieces broke and had to be glued back together. I would have returned them, but I lost my receipt.
