We have tested out 7 different animal fountains we had promises of it being quiet, they were not, rave reviews that didn't live up to the expectations, hard to put together, unsafe having wires submerged in water and the list goes on and on…this was our last chance before we went back to just water on a bowl, honestly expected another DUD, but wow I'm amazed by this price and you can't hear this thing on.. most were loud and frankly annoying. This after 10 minutes has lived up to my expectations already. Literally you can't hear it on, it doesn't spray erratically frightening  your animal which in turn makes them not want to drink, water doesn't go everywhere just stays in the middle of the bowl and cascades back in, no loud motor, you'll forget like i have that it's even on and running. I recommend this fountain times a billion. Finally a fountain our Russian blue cat isn't afraid of on.

I really love this fountain a lot, and this is the second time I've bought it. When I had to move for my job, I had to leave most of my stuff behind. However, when it came to picking a fountain for my cats, I didn't have to think twice. This fountain is a personal favorite of mine, and my cats love it too. It runs quietly, holds up to 2 liters of water, sends me notifications via an app when it needs to be refilled, and comes with replaceable filters. I'm so happy with it that I would gladly buy it again for a third time if I had to.

So easy to refill and clean! I love that you can subscribe to extra filters so you don't even have to ever think about it!! There are different functions on the app that help manage schedules to clean and change filters and it's actually a very quiet machine as well! My cats love it. That's the most important thing. Cats usually don't ever drink enough water but my cats love this thing and I'm constantly having to refill it even though it holds quite a lot of water. I am very happy with this purchase and I believe that it is worth every single penny

Fabulous feline fountain

Seems to work well. Had the older square version and the animals would splash around in it so this slope design is more friendlier. Only issue was trying to figure out the filter placement since there is no diagram to follow so not sure if the placement is correct. The other small issue is the lid/top design is a little difficult to remove since there is no lip or space for you to grab onto.

I am not a computer person and this requires apps and up loading and down loading etc.otherwise it is a great product. But I'll be returning it.

Complicated

I really liked this fountain at first.  It was quiet and seemed to work well.  I liked the design very much.  BUT After cleaning it every other week and changing the filters,  I noticed that it started being finicky and not working properly without me constantly having to mess with it to get it going again.  I have only had it since November, and it has already STOPPED working.  Not to mention that I could never get it to work with the app.  For what I paid and buying the replacement filters, etc, I am truly disappointed and feeling ripped off.  I feel that the pump is and has been the problem all along!  I wish the company would contact me to try to make this right!

the instructions were not clear as to how much water to put in the pump base. description said it held 2 liters of water but instructions said to keep water below the pump top. lots of misspelled words in instructions. i returned the product the next day

When I first bought this for my pet, it seemed to work wonderfully. Pretty much almost exactly 3 months after purchase. The water pump gave out and doesn't run water anymore very disappointing.
