1st I emailed customer service to ask if multiple cameras would work on one app.I was surprised that they responded the same day. I purchased 3 cameras and had no trouble hooking up the 1st 2 but the 3rd one gave me trouble so I emailed them again.. Once again, same day response requesting my phone number. Within fifteen minutes they called me and walked me through the setup. Turns out it was my plug that wasn't working. Got all 3 set up and working beautifully. Customer service and cameras exceed expectations. Highly recommended!!!

It took a bit to set up. We were getting frustrated so I looked at some tips on line. Did a quick reset and it hooked right up and has worked perfectly since.
  The only thing I would change is to have the speaker volume higher but when I tell our puppy to stop he stops and stares at the camera and then lays down. 
  Love the camera and have recommended to others.

Great camera

Had a bit of trouble getting it to connect, but once i did it has been great so far. Love the 360 degrees and it's really easy to maneuver in the app. Great value for the money. I didn't want to spend $200  on a camera to check in on my dog so this does the trick! I also use it as a security camera when I've had workers in my house. When you swivel the camera it is nearly silent. You can also set up motion detection notifications which is nice if you happen to be traveling or away for extended periods of time.

Great Value for under $50!

We needed to update our older camera and so we bought this newer version. It's awesome, we are able to move the camera around the room and chat with our kitties. Love it!

Easy to set up. Bought this because I was curious about what our dog did while we were gone. She use to go everywhere with us. Then one day she flat-out refused to get in the truck. She has a doggie door, so she can go in %26 out as she pleases. Our 4 dogs before her just ate %26 slept.  Chase a squirrel now and then. Never knew we had a dog unless it was time to eat. Not with her. She commands attention. She makes sure everyone is aware of her presence. She is a sweetheart.

I'm sure it would have been easier to install if I weren't 500 miles away. However it took over an hour over the phone with my husband trying to do it.  So far it's great. That is until we rotate it so find our cat and the cat thinks it's a toy.  Gorilla double sided tape for the win!! Sucker won't move now.

Definitely worth the price!!

I spent 2.5 hours trying to set one of these cameras up. I would connect it to the WiFi, the device would find the camera and then delete it after it was added. After having 3 other brand cameras that only takes seconds to set up, this brand is not worth the hassle.

Impossible to set up.

This is JUNK. Been dealing with the internet and computers for over 20 years and have installed many different items. This has poor instructions ans difficult to set up. Just hate U waited too long to return this junk

I couldn't get it to connect to my Wi-Fi. We have nest cameras, and other things going on in our house, but this would not connect.
