Perfect two in one coffee maker. So convenient to be able to use Keurig and Nespresso pods. Simple to use.

Genius

Some confusion on how to use this coffee maker.  Gives us about 1/4 cup instead of 10 oz.  Next time it's used, full 10 oz.

Looks good but the operation is not so good.

Love the 3 sizes and the convenience of being able to use the kcups and nespresso pods. Hope we have better luck with this one than our last few keurigs

I am a BIG fan of Instant Pot, and I really wanted to love having both a Kcup and Nespresso machine in one, however that was not the case. I ended up returning this because honestly, this machine doesn't do anything well. First, the Nespresso side only works about 1/2 the time. I have a DeLonghi Latisima Pro and so I was expecting this machine to work similarly, making three sizes. It make very weak espresso and misses the capsules 1/2 the time, producing nothing but a crushed pod and water in my mug. The Kcup side does ok with the 8oz setting, but the two larger settings were terrible and watered down. I was disappointed that this did not come with a reusable Kcup because I like to use my own coffee. When we first unboxed & tried to use it, it was very frustrating because the buttons on the machine are SUPER sensitive! After going inline, we learned that other people shared this frustration and thought the machine was broken. Finally, the straw that broke the camels back was that there is no water level alert to let you know that you are about to waste a pod because there is not enough water in the tank to make a full cup, something you'd expect on a machine at this price point.

Excited to Try & Ultimately Disappointed

My daughter has this product and loves it!  So I bought it and so disappointed. Had I not thrown the box away, I would have returned it. Every 3rd or 4th cup is about 2 ounces instead of 8. Often the coffee is not hot enough. I called the company and nothing came out of that. I will call them again. So disappointed.

Instant Pod not good product

It makes 1st cup fine,after about 10 minutes I put another pod in for 2nd cup and gives me less than half of the 10oz I push……maybe if I keep this machine I'll drink less coffee in the morning?

DOES NOT MAKE A FULL CUP

This item is DAMAGED!! It is not specified in the description but it is refurbished with little to no customer support. This coffemaker nearly caught fire from a defective pump!
