Lack clear guidance for product use and setup.

Just wow! We've been huge instant pot users but the air fryer lid is a game changer! Crispy foods in less than 10 minuets without heating up our entire kitchen! Love the efficiency of this air frying option! We would recommend buying the stacking tray inserts to skip the turning step in Reheenen frying process-it's well worth the additional investment! Veggies, fries, egg rolls, stuffed mushrooms, meat-they're all delicious and fast with the air fryer lid!

I just got this product. I have to say that I am a little disappointed of how little information this came with. I don't know if I got the right Item because the one that I order said that it comes with a dehydrator option which it doesn't. It doesn't have any information about it. There's no ratio of portions and times.  The Little instruction book that came with it's very vague and it doesn't say everything about the items and it sends you to a web page if you wanna see the complete instructions and the web page does not exist. honestly I think I'm gonna return this product.

I purchased this during the Black Friday special and was shipped a model that does not dehydrate.  It has an “oatmeal” button instead of a dehydrate button.  Also, it's missing the part broil\dehydrate accessory and the steam accessory as pictured on this website.   

A hassle, but will be RETURNING since one of the reason I purchased it is that most of the dehydrators have calif prop 65 warning and this did not.

Shipped a model that DOES NOT DEHYDRATE!

Buyer be AWARE!  This is an exclusive model made for Walmart ONLY! It is called the 8 qt. Crisp - NOT the regular Duo Crisp that costs slightly more. They have scrimped on this model and removed 2 of the functions. The steam rack doesn't have legs, the air fryer pot doesn't have a base, there are NO instructions/recipes re:how to cook in it.  Just cheapened up a bit for Walmart! Frustrating!!!  Deceptive!!!  I'm returning it and spending a few more dollars to get the REAL 8 qt. DUO CRISP from a different/more honest seller.

This Is NOT the real 8 qt. DUO CRISP

This item is NOT what is advertised. I ordered this during the early access black Friday sale, got a "crisp" and customer service was able to get a new one added to my delivery order and set up to have the one I recieved returned. Upon delivery its the same thing, its a "crisp", not the duo so there is no dehydration setting. To avoid this issue again I decided to stick with what I recieved since the "duo" one isnt really what they send anyway.

NOT as advertised

Not a duo crisp as shown and described. I was disappointed to see the wrong instant pot when I opened the box but returning it proved to be a hassle. The one they send doesn't have the dehydrate function and the parts are different than the duo crisp. 

For the machine itself, instant pot is a popular brand for a reason. Nice product, it's just not what I ordered. It is huge which is great if you have 4  people to feed, bad if you're lacking kitchen storage.

I'm an instant pot fan. I've owned one for the past 4 years and use it weekly. It's time to upgrade so I decided to try the model with the air fry lid and this seemed like a great deal for Black Friday. Note that this is a DUMBED DOWN WALMART ONLY VERSION. This IS NOT the DuoCrisp. It does not have dehydrate or sous vide. (I use my current Duo to make yogurt weekly and this has neither the Yogurt button nor the Sous Vide button that can be used for that purpose). The description states it has a stainless steel fry basket - it is nonstick coated despite the assurances to the contrary in the description. It appears walmart does not sell the original IP versions - inner cook pots that are aluminum vs stainless steel. Do yourself a favor and buy from a better retailer, even if it costs a little more. The higher build quality and added features will be worth it.

Not as described- NOT DUOCRISP model

It was  the product that was the problem.  I received it with the box had been taped up with a huge gaping hole in the side.  I opened it thinking if it wasn't damaged it might be ok.  I was wrong it had a big dent in the side of the cooker.  This was supposed to be a gift.  So I brought it back to my local Walmart, no issue doing, other than I had to physically go to the store.  I had to risk being exposed to Covid as the numbers here in Keene, NH are high.

With the amount of tape and the gaping hole in the box it is embarassing to think that someone actually shipped it from your facility to my home and didn't know it was damaged.  I wish I had taken a picture.

disappointing

The description and photos of this instant pot show a Duo Crisp, it is not a Duo Crisp, just a Crisp. It does not have the dehydrate and Sous Vide functions. I received the item from Walmart and promptly returned it. It looked basically like this but did not have the buttons shown in the pictures. Either Walmart sent me the wrong item by mistake, or the description is wrong.

The Description and Photos are Wrong

Beware! Though a great model, this one does not have the sous vide function as pictured in one of the representation photos. If you're looking for that specific function on the crisp 8 qt, this is not the instant pot model for you. I only rated 1 because I purchased based on the representation photo that showed the sous vide function. Walmart kindly assisted with a refund…so I'm still without the model I was hoping for.
