I have several Instant Pots and think they are all great, I purchased this one so I could make larger quantities for my coworkers, workers great and love the new button for pressure release instead of the valve that turns to open and close for venting, also seems to work better than the original on the slow cooker mode.

I don't know why I bothered with a cheap stovetop pressure cooker (spending 1/3 of the price). I should have just bit the billet at the time and bought this. I an a busy mom of three and I need a reliable kitchen appliance that can do it all and doesn't fall apart while I'll at it. Don't waste your money on something else when the solution is right in front of you!!! Have fun in the kitchen Everyone!!!

Hey busy Mom!!! Look no further!

This is my first time owning an Instant Pot and I love it. The instructions were precise, therefore using this Instant Pot was really easy. I bought it especially to make my dogs food, but will be using it to make stews and other meals. I highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed.

tried it for the first time with a cow tongue (lengua) to make some tacos. it exceeded my expectations!. it normally takes about 4 hours for a cow tongue to cook. With this pressure cooker it only took 50 minutes! time saver for sure and it came out delicious! we made some tacos de lengua and had a wonderful meal!

Best purchase EVER! I ordered it for same day but ended up having to wait almost a week to get it. It was worth the wait! I made had boiled eggs on my first try. Then I made a guisado and the meat was so tender. This last weekend me and my husband were sick and wanted a Caldo de Res and it came out so amazing. The meat fell apart was not chewy at all. The vegetables were perfectly cooked.

This pressure cooker gets a workout here. I use it for browning, soups, and so many other things. The pressure release valve switch has been moved a bit away from the valve and is much safer than prior models. It cleans up quickly and easily. I'm considering purchasing a second one.

Workhorse appliance with improved features

I bought this mostly to make healthy dog food. i followed instructions but every time I used it, while it was warming up before it even got to the count down (using pressure) it would have a warning of “food burn.”
I would have to turn it off, wait for
pressure to release, then remove lid. I scraped the bottom, add more liquid, and repeat, only to have the warning “food burn” again. I think a crock pot is better because it has a thick ceramic pot.
The Instant Pot I bought has a dark, stick free flimsy pot which I think is why it over-heats. Had to return😞

I am quite impressed by this InstantPot Chef Series 8 quart unit available exclusively from Walmart.  Since this is my first InstantPot, I was expecting to find more complete instructions and a more robust list of the unit's capabilities.  Instead I had to search for everything on the internet. 

In the last few months, I've made full entrees in this sucker and I'm in my “mid-old man” years and single. I vacuum seal them into portions and freeze.

This thing has really helped me in the kitchen!

Great InstantPot exclusively from Walmart

Purchased for a birthday gift for a friend and I failed to see the aluminum listed.  We don't use aluminum for cooking.  I have a stainless steel instant pot and didn't realize they started using aluminum.  Returned it and found  a different one on Amazon

Aluminum is a no!

I purchased this product and now I can not use it and I do not know how to exchange every time I use it the pot says burn and my food actually burned in the pot. I have tried everything and nothing is working I just want my money back or someone to exchange it I'm super sad about this
