I haven't used it very much yet as I have bought it to use in our motor home. I was pleased when I took it out of the package as it was very light and much smaller than my other pot, which is what I hoped for.
I have just tried using the sauté, slow cook and pressure cook in my kitchen to cook recipes that I often cook. I was very pleased with the results and think it should work really well in my motor home.

I have a a larger Intant pot for several years now and I wouldn't be without it, but I lost my husband recently and I really needed something smaller, something I could use efficiently for one or two people. I found this in the Instant pot mini. My mini cooks brilliantly with small amounts and still lets me batch cook for 4+ meals at time, It's ideal, the size is brilliant ,  I like the fact the the plug is attached to the Pot  and not seperate,  I can fit a small chicken  in it .  It sits nicely on the work bench and looks really smart, it  has become my new best friend. I would recommend  the mini for anyone in my situation who wants to eat good healthy food without the hassle of using lots of different pans, it allows you to prep and walk away and enjoy your day and come home to a home cooked meal that cooked itself.

I would certainly buy this products again.

I've made rice and pot roast in here when I got it I didn't think it was a crockpot also I thought it was just rice but I've used it every night and I highly recommend. It is a little big and don't fit in my cabinets so I have to leave it on the counter. It has a lot of different cook settings which hopefully I'll be able to try some new dinner ideas with.

This pot is the perfect size for our family of three. It doesn't take up a ton of room on the counter, but is big enough to cook a meal in. There are so many recipes available online for things I never thought you could make so quickly. It makes weeknight dinners a breeze, we can come home and have dinner ready in 20 minutes.

Makes cooking quick and easy

I received the Instant Pot 4QT RIO Mini Multi-Cooker as a sample, and I've really enjoyed using it. It's the perfect size for small meals or couples, and it cooks fast while keeping everything flavorful. Cleanup is super easy, and it doesn't take up much counter space. The only downside is the smaller capacity, not ideal for big families, but it's great for everyday use. Overall, it's a compact and versatile cooker that delivers solid.

Great Little cooker for everyday meal use

I am someone who loves to cook and to have healthy choices time to time. I cook almost 5-6 times a week.  I received this product for free in exchange of my review. This cooker is smart and can make so many things.the 4QT size is perfect for my family of 4 people. is is Easy to use and understands the programs afte couple of use i understand what i need. I use for most of the recipes i was making different from way and after using this. It feels like blessings.

Must have for healthy choice

I'm surprised by how much I like this! I've used it as a pressure cooker making chicken and mashed potatoes. I've used it as a standard crock pot and I've used it to make rice (though follow different instructions than those for rice). I've fallen in love with how versatile this machine is. I'm grateful to have it and will continue to use this!

I'm surprised!

My family really likes pot roast. We have cooked it every way possible. While the pressure cooker can cook it fast. It does leave all the liquid. You can do the slow cook method with this which is better flavor wise. You can also make rice with this; but I prefer using a rice cooker. The multi cooker has many useful functions to make dinner time easy. Make sure for safety you follow the directions of use.

One pot dinner

I really like that the inner pot is wider but not as deep as the original IP mini. That said the outer takes up much more space than the original with having the handles. Don't like the fixed lead either. 
Bit disappointed that it's a dark blue colour as it looks a very light blue on the website and I thought it would match my light blue Vortex Mini. 
Overall I love IP products and wouldn't buy any other

Gotta Love an IP!

The preheating setting stayed on for a quite a very long time and that's what really disappointed me. Not sure why spots stayed on my pot even after washing it but other than that the heating setting work fine and cooks well. I'll be using it very often

Instapot - inter

I ordered this product specifically for making yoghurt.

Despite trying with six or seven different types of milk, I was unable to make it work.

We also tried making rice a few times, but it always stuck to the bottom and burned.

We are not at all satisfied with the product and would like to request your assistance in understanding the process for returning it.
