Nothing wrong with the instant pot, we were just very disappointed that it didn't come with any accessories at all.  No trivet, just the instant pot and the inner pot.

No accessories included

I finally purchased this after years of contemplating. We have really enjoyed it however it didn't come with the steam rack. This has prevented me from cooking some recipes. Quite disappointed. I'd give it four stars if this was included.

Missing steam rack

I was disappointed to see that the tank was not made of stainless steel like the other Instant Pot products, which was what was announced in the circular. There was no more trivet as there is usually with all Instant Pot pressure cookers. The balance was very tempting but the quality was not really the same as for the other products of this brand.

A little disappointed

low quality ceramic tank, the trivet is not included while in the photo it is mentioned. in the description it is written stainless steel tank but it is false! I am not a fan of this model. I have two other branded cookers that I love, but not this one.

Not terrible

this was not expected from Walmart. Walmart shows different description on website to purchase it. While we received it item is totally changed. In description it shows chrome stainless steel inner pot and steel rack, while when we got delivery, there were cheap aluminum pot and no rack. and interesting thing was that in description and we received item having same model and SKU number. My 2 friends had also ordered same product, and they also received different models. They also returned the product to Walmart like us. No words to describe negligence of Walmart to customer.

First thing there is a conflict between the description and highlights of the instant pot. The description said the cooking pot is made of aluminum nonstick. And the highlights said cooking pot "STAINLESS"  steel. So, please do corrections to it. I ordered online for my convenience but have to go to return it and the lady on costumers service desk is so rude.

Instant pot

I bought this product on Boxing Day but it is completely different to what was featured on the website. Instant pot came with a ceramic inner pot and not stainless steel as advertised. Furthermore, the instruction manual had the ‘stainless steel' word whited out manually!!!

Different to advertised product!

Really dissatisfied on the product I received. The advertisement said stainless still pot plus steamer attachment. When received the pot was Teflon and no steamer attachment. I returned it.

Not as advertised

This is a special version made exclusively for Walmart. You won't find it in manufacturer's website. It's a weird combination, doesn't have the auto seal lid. And most importantly, the inner pot is NOT stainless steel. Don't buy it!

Do NOT recommend

Unfortunately, I ordered this product thinking it would come with an aluminum tank and with the support for steam cooking, but I instead received a tank with a non-stick coating AND without the support. I contacted WM about this and was told to return the item or contact the manufacturer directly. So I return the item in store and I will order on another site that are currently cheaper for what I want.

Poor description of article

I ordered 4 of these instant pots for Christmas gifts for my daughter and my two grandaughters.  Ordering these items was a breeze and shipping seemed almost immediate.  One of them was delivered to my door at 10:15 at night, the day after it was ordered.
