I bought this because of my horrible luck with cookware. I thought to myself this will be great i can sauté and cook whatever without using 2 or more different items. I have only so far made bbq pulled chicken and a ziti but both were amazing in this. The cleaning is super easy as well as figuring how to use it. I will admit i am the kind who can look at whatever it is and just know how to use it but for everyone else it did come with a book and you could read that if needed.

This is perfect for a RV kitchen. You can cook everything in one pot.  Easy to clean and inside pot lifts out of the cooker! Saute and then the temperature can be reduced to simmer!  Love this!

Insta Pot

This is the best crockpot I've ever owned! I put frozen meat in it, put it on the sauté setting, brown the outside and then slow cook until finished. Nothing sticks to the pot, and it is really easy to lift out of the base to clean…..it's not that heavy ceramic like most crockpots have. 

If you're thinking about getting this, do it. You will love it!

Best crockpot I've ever had!

I really like this with the option to sear in it as well. The only complaint i have with this is the roundness. I personally prefer the oval shape slow cooker for being able to slow cook ribs. Or multiple items at one time. I feel it doesn't allow for as much to cook evenly together when I have to pile on top of the meat to cook. That is the only complaint I have. Great slow cooker otherwise

This is not your older version of a crockpot with four settings and a heavy ceramic or porcelain bowl.
This has a metal lightweight nonstick bowl with handles and digital settings, so you can scratch it.
We've used it a couple of times and like the setting options:  set it for how long with more custom temperatures and it starts counting down.
Did a wonderful job with turkey breast, ham and tri-tip.

I love instant pot products but this one just isn't it. It cooks  beautifully, easy to use, and light weight. Love these parts of it, however it scratches SO EASILY. Just after one wash it began to show wear. As well the lid does not do well for travel in the car.

Cooks perfectly but durability, HUGE let down.

I am a lover of kitchen appliances, and I often research and compare the performance of various kitchen appliances. I already have two Instant Pots, one 3 quart and one 8 quart. The reason I chose the third pot was mainly to use it when traveling. When I used this pot, I was dissatisfied with several things: 1. I don't like its inner pot, it is not stainless steel. 2. It is coated but not anti-stick. 3. It has no timer setting, so someone must be by the side when it is cooking. 4. It is too big. If it becomes a 3-quart chef pot, as long as the shape is changed to be a little flatter, I would rather have a pot similar to the 3, 3.5, and 4-quart Instant Pot Duo function, which can meet all my requirements. Or the other 7.5-quart multi-function pot that Instant Pot has already produced can be changed to 3, 3.5, and 4 quarts. I sincerely contribute my opinions for reference only.

Its material, size and function need to be improve

the Teflon coating is very low quality and chips very easily. in one area it is flaking and peeling off.  the non-stick feature only works until it's washed once or twice. then everything sticks to it. very bad coating.  I'm returning it and getting an enamel coded cast iron electric Dutch oven.

I was cleaning the crock pot for fifth time since I bought it I've used it 5 times total and the non stick is PEELING in chunks , this could have caused all sorts of illnesses, I fed my infant soup from this thing!!!! THROW AWAY!!!

CAUSES CANCER

It essential functions as a warmer, it does not cook food all the way through even on high for 8 hours. Attempted to use several times. Very disappointed.
