the directions were short and vague so when i wasn't able to change the length after it was seemingly "locked in", i freaked out a little thinking i wasted my money on this thing i wouldn't be able to even use. after some tweaking (reversing the direction that the instructions gave), we figured it out on our own, it went up easily, it looks good and it's doing the job i bought it for. i got this because of the stainless -- the last one i got was chrome and really corroded from the water. so far the stainless seems to be resistant and i'm keeping my fingers crossed that it stays that way. so far so good. the white on the edges is a nice touch and compliments my bathroom decor nicely.

Good

I love the look, matches towel rods.  As far as no problem installing.... Nope.

It "sprung" apart and had to figure to fix.  Then superglue to keep in place.  

Not a great item, but useable and attractive.

Not really friendly

I like the style and the fact that it a spring tension rod.  I've had about two weeks and so far, it is holding.
Not very expensive for such a very nice shower rod.

It doesn't lock correctly and doesn't stay in place. The look of it is great,  but it doesn't get tight enough to stay in place.

The rod wouldn't stay up when the shower curtain was placed on it.
