Havent used it yet but Intermatic makes good quality stuff

Intermatic timer - good product, bad seller

works perfectly.   little difficulty in understanding how to set it. had to reread instructions several times to finally get set correctly.

A little difficult to program other than that I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It meets our needs of having the Landscape LV lights turning on and off on a schedule whether we are there or not.  It also adjusts to time zone changes which is very nice.  We were able to set the timer with the help of the instructions.  Otherwise we could not have successfully set it up.

Landscape light timer

I have a love/hate relationship with this timer, after having used these for many years now.  I love that they're reliable, they just work.  I hate that they are so hard to program.  I dread when the batteries die and I have to re-program them.  It probably takes me a good 20 min before I get them programmed the way I want.  Also, the display is very dim so you need good lighting to see what's on the display

A reliable product but hard to program

I'm giving this only 4 stars because I did not feel the programming for setting schedules was very simple.  I initially expected this to be like setting a schedule for something like a sprinkler system.  You go to program 1, set an on and off time, save and you are done.  Not with this timer.  If I had completely read the instructions I would have realized yous set the one time in one program and the off time in the nest.  It took me two days to get there and that was my fault for making assumptions.
