I ordered this as a gift for my mom. Was a little skeptical to find a piece listed as solid wood available from Walmart, but took a risk and was happily surprised. The piece is in fact solid wood and my mom was able to assemble it in less than 10 minutes. She reports excellent quality and said the finished build felt very sturdy. I love that it comes unfinished, so we can stain it in a tone to complement her dining set the next time I visit, but Mom said the raw look was so pretty and the finish so smooth she'd consider keeping it as is. Great quality for a great price. Feeling very happy with this purchase.

Great, Affordable Table!

This table is fabulous! I haven't painted or stained it yet, but it's gorgeous, well-made, super easy to put four legs on, I did it by myself (66 year old women), and the price is fantastic! It was out of stock for a while and when it came back in I grabbed it!!

What a good quality table for the price!! I went w the other reviewers and they were right. We needed a table for next to our kitchen window. We didn't want anything on the bottom bc we keep tall pet food containers under it. This is the perfect height. We like that it's unfinished too so we can paint or stain it if we want. My husband put this together in about 10 mins

Great table!!

NICE AND STRONG TABLE,  PRICE IS REASONABLE.    FED EX  DELIVERED IT ON TIME.    IT ARRIVED WITH A HOLE IN THE BOX THE SIZE OF A  COFFEE MUG.   THE INCLUDED HARDWARE  WAS TIED TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE  BOX WITH A RED RIBBON.    IT IS A WONDER  THAT THE HARDWARE  WAS NOT LOST IN TRANSIT.   THE PACKING  SLIP ENVELOPE  WAS OPENED.   ALL IN ALL IT  WAS COMPLETE  AND UNDAMAGED SO I 'M GOING TO KEEP IT AND PROBABLY STAIN IT.

Very good purchase

I liked the price and the fact that it is real wood.  For anyone who is interested in knowing how it takes a stain, I can share my experience.  I bought two tables and applied minwax prestain conditioner.  I stained the first table 15 minutes after applying the conditioner and it stained ok but I thought it would be a bit deeper.  I used gray stain then honey and a whitewash.  I waited to stain the other table until the next day and it did not absorb the stain well at all.  So I learned not to wait if using a prestain conditioner.  It seals the wood too much.

Nice solid wood table.

Love this piece of furniture! Assembly is super easy anyone can do it! Its very sturdy and looks beautiful in our home, only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the legs have nuts already  screwed in so all you have to do is screw them in with the bolts included but it was missing a nut so we had to take the leg to Lowes  and find the missing piece and unfortunately it was a special nut that only the makers of this table make. We ended up buying 2 separate pieces to make up for the nut and luckily it worked. We didn't want to go through the hassle of returning which is why we made plan B. But other than that I would highly recommend for the price and quality!
