Its a sturdy 2 sided carpet tape. Wasn't difficult to use

Carpet tape worthy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, given the approximately 2” width and 36 yard length, this tape appears to be a good value.The problem is the quality doesn't measure up. The paper protective barrier between layers of tacky tape is too thin and not coated sufficiently to allow easy removal from the tacky layer. As a result I had to finagle the paper barrier removal after initial application as the protective paper split and fragmented constantly during removal. Removing the protective barrier from the tacky barrier requires careful use of a pinpoint tool to initiate separation of the layers. This was time consuming and aggravating. The tack of the double sided tape seems fine and the  sub-straight forming the tape itself seems flexible enough to adhere to uneven surfaces. Using this tape might be worth it if you have time to burn and can rely on a product initially to be found to be poorly thought out and produced..
