Bought this pool 3 years ago and still holding strong. Have had no issues except year 3 with the pump but that was to be expected. Nice size for our family of 4 plus always have 2 to 4 more kids in with us in it. We have left it up every year and have found it easier to leave just a little water in the bottom and clean out in the spring. The cover didn't last long as we have crazy winds here in Wa State. The ties broke very easy. It was a little longer than the 1 hour stated to put up but was still very manageable with my husband and I in less than 2 hours. Love the sand/salt water system. Does not cost as much to get started with filters and chlorine and you don't have the strong smell on you when you are done swimming.  We stored the pump inside all winter long and cleaned all the hard water off to ensure long life of the pump and sensors. Was well worth the money and any headache to enjoy many memories with our kids. The ladder could be a bit more sturdy but building a deck next to the pool is much more effective.  Have had no major issues except was a little delayed for delivery, but we do live in a rural area which is always a issue.

The pool itself is excellent but the instructions state it only requires 2 people and 60 minutes to install…nope!

Finally summer ready!

Although the pool is fine. Intex support is very poor and it takes a long time to reach anyone. Pool came with a skimmer that had no instructions and barely functions. Basically no one at Intex Support could help me with this problem. They seem to be poorly trained. This skimmer issue has been reported by several people on the internet - yet no one at Intex support knows of it. Very frustrating!

Poor Intex Support - Skimmer suction issue

The pool pump salt sand filter that comes with this setup is woefully inadequate to circulate and properly maintain the water volume in the pool. It is disgraceful that this is included as a set for this size pool. I should have bought the liner and filter separately and would have saved a huge amount of money, unfortunately I did not know until the entire thing was setup and running. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME BUYING THIS SET!
