The pool was bigger then I expected, the kids love it. Worth the price even though the price of pools jacked up because of covid. It was still worth it for my kiddos, I added lights to give it a nice effect at night. ;)

Summertime fun

I love the pool great size but does not come with filter pump as the description states only reason I give 4 stars

Love the pool wish it came with the filter pump

This a great pool and the size (12' x 30") is perfect for young kids.  However, it does NOT include the pump that it claims to include.   I would have purchased a different pool if I had known that.  Even if it meant paying more.   I would have given this pool 5 stars if they had either included the pump like they claimed or said NO PUMP in the description.

NO PUMP included

every time we got in the pool, we found a hole. 8 patches later, the hole was bigger than a patch.  And yes, we prepped the ground. Had a different pool last summer lasted all summer long. This pool didn't even last a month.

don't buy!

The product description plainly states that this pool comes with a pump. The instruction booklet states it has a pump. Unfortunately it apparently DOES NOT have a PUMP! It has all the hoses and connectors, but no pump. We are having to order one for the pool. Very disappointing Intex!!! I would give zero stars if I could!

I ordered the pool with the pump. I was delivered a pool only. I message the company 3 times in the past week and have not received a response yet. I would be satisfied with my pool if I had the pump to go with it.

need missing pump

No pump included as described.. product description clearly indicates a 530 GPH pump and filter included. Several other reviews are stating the same thing. Why does someone not inspect boxes before shipping? Walmart why are you allowing this vendor to advertise this product and not fullfilling it. I called intex customer service but could not communicate with representative due to language barrier. Now, what i am suppose to do? ... Go out and make a purchase of a pump and filter in order to use the product? Intex and Walmart please correct. Someone respond with a phone number so i can speak to them in english. Thank you
