We absolutely LOVE our hot tub by Intex.  They are well made and we were astonished at the power of the bubbles.  It was very easy to install.  Took about 48 hours to get it to a steady 104 degrees after filling it with ice cold well water.  Great investment and do not hesitate it will meet your expectations and beyond.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordering the 4 person spa was easy and delivery was within 5 days. The  set up was actually fun with all the parts accounted for and fitting together perfectly.  Although this spa has a heating function with all the parts, I bought it for my Swedish wife so she can do cold water plunges during her workouts.  She loves it which was a win/win for me.

We have used this every night since we got it and we love it!  We have it inside in our garage currently because it's winter and I know the inflatable spas loose heat faster outside and it's been so nice to have to get into after a long day.  I'm not sure how tight it will be with 4 people in it but they definitely couldn't stretch their legs out but for myself and my husband, it's exactly what we wanted for a price you can't beat.

Great inflatable hot tub!

We have previously lived in homes that had in-ground pools and spas, and we love and miss them. When my sister got an inflatable hot tub, I laughed because it's basically an oversized kiddie pool and can't possibly be anything like a "real" spa.  So I waited years before I bought one, and boy, was I wrong!!!!  This is 100% a "real" spa!  We love this inflatable hot tub, and love that we can easily pack it up and take it with us when we move again. It is just perfect for 2 or 3 people; I don't think 4 would fit comfortably. My husband and I love relaxing in it after work. The bubbles are surprisingly vigorous, as much as a "real" spa, and they make a great massage. The LED light that comes with it is great as well.  Very easy to set up with the accompanying video - just scan the QR code in the instructions to find the video. It's just plug and play.

A few surprises that we weren't expecting, which you may want to prepare for:

1. The cover that comes with it is not at all like the one shown in the product listing. It's actually much better, but we were surprised. It's a fully insulated cover that goes over the inflatable insert and all the way around the spa, all the way to the ground. There is just one clip to fasten. It keeps the water temperature much more stable than the former thin cover did.  It's big and a little heavy, though, so it's a little challenging for one person (especially a shorter person) to pull on and off by themselves. Easy with two people.

2. There are no chemicals included with the hot tub, just test strips and a floating dispenser. We thought there would be at least a starter set of chemicals and were disappointed after we got it all set up to find none, especially since we are a 2-hour drive from the city to purchase them.  Order your chemicals when you order the hot tub so that you have them when you need them. Google "spa chemicals" to learn about the chemicals. The instructions have almost no information on what is needed.

3. Our cover had a small hole in it when we unpacked it, right on top.  Since our hot tub is outside and rain falls on it, the rain collects in a puddle on the cover. And since there is a hole, the rain goes inside the cover. And since there's foam inside, the foam is now wet and very, very heavy.  I have no idea how we will dry it out on the inside. Hoping the manufacturer will replace the defective cover. I've seen other reviews mentioning small holes, so be sure to look for these and either replace or patch as needed.  Fortunately, replacement parts are available on the Intex website.

All in all, we are disappointed about that little hole in the cover that has caused so much trouble, and about the lack of chemicals which immediately caused an issue because we used it before we got chemicals, but we have no regrets about the purchase. It's an awesome hot tub and I wish we bought one sooner.

Good value for the money

The hot tub leaked even after we ensured the rings were on.  The seller, Windy City, sent another tub and then another engine.  The engine did not work.  It did not even turn on.  It just whined and showed 2222, 8888, and other random numbers.
