We bought the 85 inch 6 person in May of 2019 and we are still using it. It is finally starting to get some holes so we have patched it a few times but we had no expectations for it to last this long. We are shopping for a replacement now and will probably get the same one.

Best Spa purchase I've made !!!
I live in Quebec Canada and I have had the Intex inflatable six person Spa since August. it is February now, our Spa is set to the max 40°C, whereas the outside temperature is currently MINUS 25°C !! It has even withstood Minus 40°C with the windchill. We use our Spa everyday and it is running flawlessly !!! My previous "Hardshell" spa did not withstand the cold winters here ; as the pipes inevitably froze and burst!   Frankly, I purchased this inflatable spa as a trial, thinking it wouldn't withstand our winters either, and wasn't expensive to try it out. 
Very Happy I was wrong and it works great!

So Far - Excellent!

Where do i even begin with my hatred of this not so "hot tub" This is such a huge waste of money.  Will it heat up to 104? eventually. Will it stay at 104 while you're sitting in it? not a chance. from the second you take off that very awkward and heavy cover, the temperature starts dropping rapidly..like a degree every few minutes. And if you use the "jets" (which are nothing more than some tiny holes along the bottom that blow COLD AIR into the tub) the temp drops even faster. the "filtration system" is a complete joke...not sure what its actually filtering, but it does a horrible job, but somehow it eats through 2 filters every 2 weeks (if you dont replace them it throws an error code)...and when its time to drain it, good luck, because THE DRAIN HOLE IS ON THE SIDE THAT THE PUMP/HEATING UNIT IS, so not all of the water drains out and you literally have to prop it up with something to tip it so all of the water will go out without damaging the pump/heating unit...it is beyond ridiculous.  I could go on and on about how horrible this thing is but im sure you've read enough. Thank you for taking the time to read this rant, and i hope it helps you make an informed decision about not buying this GLORIFIED KIDDIE POOL...

Save your $ a little longer %26 get a real hot tub

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third HB-H10 PureSpa we have ordered. 
This latest version comes with an "energy-efficient cover", unlike the covers we've had before. This cover is heavy, unwieldly, gets very hot and if I realized it was the cover offered in this package I would not have made this puchase. SO THINK twice on this one. 
One person can not handle this cover while the previous light design was easily managed by one person. I am reusing the well worn cover from my previous SB-H10 rather than this new one.
We keep the spa outside with direct Florida sun exposure part of the day so the spa deteriorates within 2-3 years and we then replace it, which we accept. We have enoyed this spa model for its simplicity and ease of use, but because of this BAD "energy-efficient cover" I regret the porchase.

Three-time PureSpa owner calls new cover BAD!

I am literally disgusted regarding the level of support for this product. Our Hot tub/spa is literally one month out of warranty and they're refusing to do anything to help even though they initially said they would. Without their help, we have a pile of junk.  When it worked, it worked fine then it started shutting down and restarting on its own without heating leaving us with a tub of cold water.  The problem began.while it was still under warranty; I am thoroughly disappointed.

Do not buy this product if you want support!
