Set Up

Size

We really like this pool. It was easy the set up (it is heavy though!) and a really good size for our whole family to use at once.  I am 5'1" and the water when full comes up to the bottom of my chest.  The included pump works really good. The cover is very nice and heavy duty but it does take two people to manage it. The pool itself is made of a thick material although I think the ring could puncture if poked with anything sharp and it not strong enough for a child to hang on without weighing it down. We do have to pump the ring up every few days as well.  I would recommend this pool to anyone who needs easy setup (other than the weight of moving it around to fill.) Its a great alternative to the metal frame pool.  Another bonus is that spiders cant build webs or hide out in the pipes (we have black widow problems where we live.) I have included a few pictures of how setting it up looks and a picture with the cover on.  Overall we are very pleased with our purchase.

Easy set up and fun for large families

I love love love this pool and so do my 3 kids. It took me about an hour to set up because I did it my self and about 10 hours to fill completely using 2 water hoses. It is very spacious for my family of 5 even when we each have a float. I did not level my ground because my yard is mostly flat so I just found the largest most even area and set it up, this was my biggest concern bc there no specific information on leveling but I have had no issues but my yard really doesn't have any slopes, I would just recommend cutting the grass as short as possible though because where the grass was a little taller it was harder to get the wrinkles out. I panicked a couple days after setting it up bc the floor and sides got slippery from algae but it was extremely easy to fix with more chlorine tabs and stabilizer and scrubbing the sides so I highly recommend the maintenance kit and cover.

Easy set up.  The only downfall was the ladder. I purchased a different one bc the one that comes isn't very stable and does not have a platform at the top.

Disappointment for the first time.  I just bought my 4th intex pool.  I love ease of the installation however, be aware they only last about 2 years.  Also, this 4th pool, had an immediate leak at the seam at the bottom seam of the pool.  It's a pretty steady leak.  Of course it didn't happen until it was full of water on the second day.  In addtion, the inflatable ring has a leak too, that I haven't been able to find yet.  The company offered me $112 back.  Seriously??  That's how much the water alone cost me.  When I responded, $112 wasn't enough compensation, I will let them pick up the damaged pool and send me a new one, crickets........
