works really good and I like the updated timer mechanism. Ridiculously priced though as last year was only 82$ and now 200    come on.  I use this on a 10' by above ground Intex metal frame pool to replace the one that comes with the pool as those do not do a good job of keeping water clear and this one does it perfectly running 4 hrs each day is all.

Really like being able to set the timer to filter on a schedule. Before I would forget to turn the filter off. You can choose how often to cycle the water. The pool stayed much cleaner.

This filter pump is fantastic! I replaced a smaller model with this pump so the hose size didn't match up. I called Intex customer service and got the adaptive part numbers and ordered them from Amazon for $16. Works great, and I  run it once a day instead of the twice a day I was  running the old one.  Great value and a cleaner pool.

These pumps are very good. I am on my 3rd one in 9 years. So they have lasted apx 4 and a half years while running 6 hours a day each summer in the California desert. Good throughput, cheap filters (buy bulk), and good price for the pump.

Good pump and fair cost

pump is nice but I didn't remember that I got a new pool and it didn't match the pool. I had to return it to Walmart

Strong pump

Existing fittings on the pool are smaller than the hoses provided with this pump. Adapters sold at Lowes do not fit.  Local pool stores do not have the adapters.    Please be aware of this possible issue.

The pump does NOT come with all of the pieces that you need to install..:mine only came w hoses and a piece that does not fit in my pool…the fine print says that you may need an adapter which is not included…therefore I could not use the pump until the extra parts came about3 days later from Amazon…not cool by this seller…maybe consider purchasing g from another seller

MISSING PARTS READ OTHER REVIEWS AND TAKE HEED

Package does not have the outlet strainer as advertised. States the following “Includes 21.5-inch hoses, 1 type A filter cartridge, 1 inlet strainer, and 1 output strainer.”  This is not accurate.

Package contents not correct per website info

Not strong enough for my 8000 gallon pool. We upgraded to a sand filter the very next week and its works wonderfully. Dont waste your money on this unless you have a really small pool.

I can't even say if it actually works good or not, because ours didn't even come with all of the parts for it to work. Of course I ordered it during off season to be ready for the first of summer and now that we finally unboxed it to set it up, it is to late to try to return it. Hopefully we can order the missing parts for it to actually work eventually.
