Have taken it out several times and it works great. Lots of enjoyment for a great price. You can also mod this for even better performance.

Exactly what we were looking for, good design and we purchase the trolling motor and the base. A lot of fun, is a little smaller than the Excursion 5 but more solid and resistant. Keep in mind that for 2 people is fine, 3 is thigh and 4 no way unless there are small children.

Good Choice for lakes

I got the boat three days after ordering it. Walmart has the best price with free shipping to home.

The boat can be assembled within 20 minutes. It appeared well built with good material. I own a few inflatable boats. This is the least expensive one, but appears to be as sturdy as the boat that cost $400-500. The PVC material is not as thick as the Foldcat pontoon I bought from Sea Eagle. However that boat costs an extra grand.

I have left it inflated for a week now in my living room, and it only lost just a bit of pressure. I plan to take it out to a beach this weekend.

My favorite brand is Intex

For $200, this is a great boat. Heavier duty than i expected which is good. Great in the water. I put a 55lb motor and it tracks great.
I wouldn,t put it in the harbor but for a 10 year old boy, this is perfect on the lakes.

Worth every penny

I am a bigger guy and I wanted something that I could get in and tether my kids on their tubes along with me and also be able to bring them aboard if needed. Yesterday on a long river float we were able to fit all 4 of us in the raft no problem. I also appreciate how it doesn't take long to unpack and air it up and deflate it and store it. It is a tad heavy but is easily carried with 2 people by the handles on each end. Have went over some river rocks and other stuff and it seems to be very durable. Overall I feel it is a good value for the money.

Substantial raft for the whole family

Perfect!

I owned this same boat - the Mariner 4 - for 14 years, using it regularly until I ran it up onto an oyster shell bank and managed to slice the bottom open. Entirely my fault.
I bought the exact model replacement, filled it to precisely the correct pressures using an electric pump with pressure gauge  built in and accurate.
By the end of the first voyage chamber 3 was deflating and the leak was getting faster - it seems to be a seam that has split, but it is under the heavy rubber trim.
It was on a sandy shore with nothing sharp around and the boat did not hit anything or ground out.

This product used to be excellent, now it does not survive one lightly loaded trip.

This raft is crap! We took it out once and got 2 large holes in it. The material tears very easily and is paper thin. There are other rafts of the same value that are far better.
