I was concerned about the item being damaged in transit as our son-inlaw gad ordered a pool this past summer and it was damaged in transit. This is a Christmas gift for our daughter's family

So happy to find right size pool for our family easy to out up difference on this one it has pegs keep the bars together we had to use a small hammer but it took a little time but we got it up. This one has 3 pump hoses wow love that they have foldable clamps so easy to put them on

Great pool the hole family

By all the mixed reviews, I say these pools are hit and miss. But I personally have had mine up 7 years with minimal issues. I did replace the pump with one from a standard pool. The included pump does not have enough force to keep the pool clean. I leave it up for winter, just drain half way and let it freeze. I have begun to replace hoses and parts at the 5 year mark, which is not uncommon even with a "real" pool. For my original $500 invest I'm very happy with this product.

Worth the money

I wonder if this is a 15' pool, because everything I purchased for a 15' pool is too big.

The pump failed after 10 months.. The pump impeller has a porcelain very thin shaft of 1/8" diameter that holds the pump impeller that is constantly rotating and therefore, under a load pumping water. That constant rotation under load caused wear on the shaft that eventually broke and the impeller came out of center,  loose and stopped from rotating. Now there are no parts for repair and you have to buy a new pump. .

Pump is defected! Bought this pool in May 2020. The pump stopped working after only 6 uses. I watched a youtube video and with its help replaced a 3 1/2 ceramic rod in the motor to a brass rod (had to cut to size!). The brass rod was only $3.00, bought at my local hardware store. You can only use brass because anything else will upset the pool chemicals. Go to youtube and follow the instructions! It works perfectly now!

Intex defected pool pump, how to fix it yourself!

As soon as I plugged in the pump it runs for a couple of minutes and then  turns off and will not come back on. I will have to let the water out, take down the pool just to return it and get a new pump. This is crazy! I pay over $600 for a pool that won't work.

Do not buy this pool!!
