This pool arrived really fast despite Walmart saying it would take 2 weeks to arrive.  I got it less than a week later!
The customer service is fantastic.  They really went above and beyond.  Answered all my questions, were kind and got back to me in less than a day, even on the weekends. 
We haven't opened up the pool yet, but we've several other Intex pools and they've all been great.  We have no doubts this pool and the canopy will be as well.
