I bought this on line about a month ago. Not having seen one before I was skeptical to the quality. However, once received (late by a week from the promised delivery delay), I was impressed with the quality and ease of assembly. I highly recommend this item.

Excellent

I have(had) a full size hot tub and due to its age, it kept breaking down all the time. Each time the repair seemed about $500. The last time it broke, we decided to try the Intex PureSpa because it was the same cost as the repair.
The item was shipped FREE to my doorstep. We set it up quickly and waited for it to heat up. Was a bit slow heating up but that's because the heater is a regular 120v heater.
Once heated we piled in and it works great.

Excellent Product

After reading reviews about electronic control failures, I was a little nervous of buying this spa. But with a back problem, I decided to take a chance. I have had the spa now for a little over a week and have used it all but one day. I have changed the temperature and switched it off over night to test the electrical system as much as possible. With 90 days return policy on this product I want to be sure it will last the test of time. So far, it has exceeded my expectations. The set up is easy, although the instructions are far from clear. Heating for the first time is 15 hours. The bubbles are soothing but do not have the power of a jetted tub. Aware of that info you will not be disappointed. The inflatable walls are solid and do not allow water to escape if you sit on the side. I would be cosy for four adults. Overall I love this spa, if the control panel does not fail, this is a top purchase.

I really like this spa, wanted to try one before we invested money on a more permanent type. It's great, easy set up! Have used it daily since purchase.

Great Spa

Only had this for 3wks but so far it has been fantastic!! Quality is v good and the soothing bubble action is v relaxing. So much more than I expected. Hopefully it will continue to perform.

I seldom write online reviews but my satisfaction with this product is such that I felt compelled to do so. I was never a ''hot tub'' guy because I considered them to be too expensive, inconvenient, complicated & wasteful. This product is just the opposite: affordable, practical, simple & efficient. It works so well, in fact, that I am surprised by the relative obscurity of the product class (inflatable hot tubs?) in North America.

If you can live with the fact it is inflatable (what will the neighbours think!), you will be satisfied & impressed by this product. The texture is rigid (kevlar-like) & the color blends right into the typical backyard environment. The components have a discrete, elegant look. Overall, it looks professional and as mature as an inflatable tub could possibly look - more even than I thought was possible.

The build quality is terrific and assembly/maintenance/storage is beautifully straightforward. Most impressive is the fact it reaches actual, legitimate ''hot tub'' temperatures & makes decently strong ''hot tub bubbles'' while running on standard voltage (typical wall socket). As such it doesn't consume much energy and has not impacted our electricity costs whatsoever.

Bonus: We frequently use it on hot summer days to cool down. Works just like a swimming pool.

Great !

We got the spa a month ago and love it. We were VERY impressed with the quality and the packaging that it came in. We ordered it online and it came in 3 days. Very impressed. Set up was very easy and took about 40 min. (Only because we took our time). We have been using it everyday and we rinse the filters after each use and change both about every 2 weeks. We were unable to find filters at any store so we ordered them online. It is a bit hard to read the digital display, but that does not bother us. We did find that after the 3rd day, the cover felt like it was loosing air. we inflated it again and seems to have a slow leak. I will be contacting Intex in regards to this matter and will update. Other than that, It's a great spa and money well spent.

Love it so far!!!

I got this Spa a few days ago and am very happy with it. The only thing that I find an annoyance is the display on the control unit is next to impossible to read out in the sunlight. You have to shade any light that is getting to it with your hands almost completely to be able to read the dial.

A really good Spa

I bought this under a month ago and returned it. I only opened the first box and got the instructions out. Many of the pieces did not match the illustrations I the booklet. After being thoroughly frustrated I enlisted help of a neighbour to get it back into my vehicle to return this. This item is not meant for a retired person to assemble without help. What is the very WORST about this item is you CANNOT buy any of the filters or chlorine pucks to fit this unit at ANY WALMART STORE OR EVEN ONLINE. who sells an item without regularly stocking the disposable parts?????
