Must say I'm really impreased with this set up for the price. I've waited a month to post a review and our Coleman pool is the cleanest and cleareat it has ever been by far. The system is really easy to set up and easy to use to.

This filter is amazing. Last summer i struggled with my cartridge filter and pool chemicals all summer trying to get the water right this summer I installed that filter put salt into my pool and it was awesome the entire summer I didn't have to do anything but run the chlorinator on a timer for a few hours a night. Highly recommend switching to this filter if you currently run a cartridge filter.

This system is exactly what I needed to make my pool easier to maintain. It is easy to set up and we think it is a reasonable deal.  Keep in mind you need to buy sand for the system and salt for your pool. Backwashing the system is also important. Check your salt cells for build up too. Once you get set up and the chemicals in, this system just needs set to auto run daily. See my photo for all the buttons on the control.

Exactly what we needed

well its early to tell but it runs very smooth and quiet.i have to say im quite impressed with the overall engineering.i put an ample amount of hand torque on the fittings carefully seating as center as i could and pulled the valves with no leaks .thats never happened even with a Hayward.kudos intex.i certainly hope it lasts .very pleased 👏

This is our third one of these and we wouldn't go any other way, we had to replace because we didn't do what we needed to do in the winter to protect it, every intention of taking the right steps this season and I think it'll last awhile

Awesome

Easy to assemble and hook up, directions were simple yet not too vague. Installed on a 5500gal above ground saltwater pool. Works like charm! My water is always crystal clear. Definitely recommend, even for folks like me that have no clue what they are doing.

Simple and Clear

We've had the sand system and salt conversion system for a few years, but in separate entities.  It was time to replace the sand system and having it all in one was an intriguing option, so we jumped on it.  It is working splendidly!  We have an 18'x 4' above ground pool and it has the water as sparkling as I can remember...so powerful!  Wish we'd have upgraded sooner!

Outstanding product. Just love it. Had crystal clear water all summer long. We did have to manage the ph. and clean the electrodes as part of maintenance, but far less maintenance than I have experienced before. Set up was easy, and Walmart was the best place to buy the filter sand and salt. Love this thing.

Fantastic. Should have switched over sooner.

This pump and filter combo works fantastic. The water is so much better with the salt generator. We have had it running about a month now. There are no leaks at all. The pump /filter that came with our pool leaked from day one and we were told that is just normal. The only reason that I have give it four stars is because the controls have no timer meaning if you do anything with the controls (vacuuming for example) and you reset the pump it starts from that time. So if you only want the pump to only run at certain times you can not vacuum and then reset it to start at a particular time, you would have to come back and start it then. We like ours to run at night so if there is any reason that we need to break into the cycle it is set for we do it in the evening and then restart the cycle around the same time it would normally start.

Fantastic

The system itself is great. Just hope this pump last longer than the original that came with the pool. That one only lasted two seasons. (12 hrs. A day 5 months per year.) stored in heated garage in the off season. Bearing on the fan side locked up. Buddies same system is 4 years old still going strong, hopefully this one lasts longer than the original. I will say this sand/salt system is far superior to the cartridge filter systems I've had in the past. Longevity experience is the reason for three stars.
