It came super fast in the mail and looks just like the picture online

Very cute

Adorable backpack and surprisingly bigger and sturdier than I expected! I am thrilled with this purchase. Very high quality, and it's seriously adorable!

Item is fine and perfect. However the delivery was NOT. First, the delivery was noted to have been shipped through FedEx. Okay, fine. At 11:26 am FedEx said they delivered the package to my address. No, they did not. I proceeded to file a lost package with FedEx to find the whereabouts of my item. It is now 2:57pm and no more than 15 minutes ago I got a knock on my door from AMAZON. The delivery was by a Amazon delivery truck with package having Amazon delivery markings all over it. I know because I work for Amazon. This has been quite the experience in ineptness on how not to make deliveries. Poor customer service on FedEx and poor information disclosure on Walmart's part by not knowing who is actually delivering the package.
