This product arrived in a plastic bag. There is no inner cap on the bottle. I planned to take this with me while travelling, but with no inner cap, it is risky for leaks. I plan to return this product in exchange for a product that has an inner cap.

BRING BACK THE OLD SCENT! I used Ivory Snow for my first baby 3 years ago and I loved the smell, so cute and addictive. Just bought some more to wash baby #2's clothes and I am unpleasantly surprised to find the scent has been changed. It smells terrible. Too strong, not a soft “baby” scent at all, actually is kind of sickening. This bottle will be going in the trash and I guess I will be looking to other brands. Too bad!

My laundry detergent was opened

Sadly I would never use this product to wash baby clothes . The scent definitely can cause health issues . I am a 53 adult with skin sensitivity and can't be around strong scents cause it causes my nostrils to become inflamed plus a very bad headache . I can only imagine what a baby can go through with this scent . I normally use baby purex and do not have any issues . I always use a tiny amount to add to my wash . I decided to try your product due to my skin sensitivity. However I have to rewash my clothes to get rid of scent. I should had bought the scent free product with zero fragrance.

Scent causing headache

I am soooo disappointed that the scent has changed!!  This new scent is horrible.!!! I didn't notice it was different until I pulled my freshly washed baby clothes out of the dryer and they smelled so awful and overly scented and nothing like the fresh clean fragrance that ivory snow once was!! I will never purchase this laundry soap again unless they change back to the original scent. Whoever made this decision should be fired because you've complete ruined this brand!!!

This new scent is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!

Haven't had babies for a while but I continued to use the product on our bedding for the scent alone! Now I use it on our pets bedding so they can smell like the babies that they are! Unfortunately this new scent is terrible so I was buying the ivory blissfuls which are now also discontinued. I was willing to pay more for the ivory snow scent and then even more by having to purchase the scent booster  but if the old scent does not come back I will take my business to a different brand. Please bring back the old sent!

New scent needs to go!

I have loved this detergent for so long. My mom used it for my siblings and myself and I used it for my daughter. I had to stop this year though because of the new scent. It's so fake and floral vs the original baby smell. I will purchase over and over if they bring back the original smell.

Horrible new scent

I have been using this product for 36 yrs… it was gentle on clothes… got stains out and SMELLED LIKE IT WAS MEANT FOR BABIES!  NOW, the new scent gives me a migraine, it has too much strong perfume, in no way is that OKAY for babies!!! I am so disappointed in the decision you made to fix something that wasn't broken. I have changed to a different unscented detergent.  Why is a stronger scent required?  Babies DON'T NEED THAT!!! , I CAN'T use that!!! PLEASE… BRING BACK ORIGINAL SCENT IVORY SNOW DETERGENT!
